  • In this video, you'll learn research-based exercises to improve the symptoms of Tennis Elbow. You'll need a small dumbbell (1-3#) and a Theraband Flexbar to perform the exercises.     Will doing these routines: the nerve glide, the stretch and the strength training keep the muscles in shape, even if you don’t have tennis elbow?

      Yes, the exercises can help prevent tennis elbow. The more flexible and strong the tissues are, the less likely you are to sustain an injury.
