My advice is simiar to Raynorjr6261 who said, have 3 fights in Africa before making a call out at the top ten or even the world Champ. You won't be taken serious, because you have been out of boxing for over 2 decades. I would in your place sir, go for the African Champs. Have one or two tune up fights at home, which will be reported as Ike is back and beat the African Champ and that will bouncew you back. George Foreman did the same and as you see many still believe in you. I wish I had the money to be your promoter and get yopu back in the best shape ever. You have the genetics even at 50+ to make noise in the HW division. You body has healed over two decades from the damages you took in the ring, which means you can still be a force to reckon with. Lastly, forget temporarily trying to get back to America, because they are still using the past against you which you can erase, by conquering Africa, to try and conquer the world, or at least make great money in HW boxing. Dubios has always been a contest that I would gladly accept, because of his Power and now the interim IBF Champion, which makes him a mandatory Defense for Usyk.
