If Foreman can make a comeback and be champ again. Ike Ibeabuchi can definitely do it

I believe Ike wants it, and I'm sure he feels he has unfinished business in the ring...his career was very promising and was cut short. I've boxed professionally and here's what Ike is facing: He's 51 and hasn't fought in 25 years. He will need to get a federal boxing license, and will have to take and pass a battery of tests...some States are more strict than others, but he'll likely need to pass an EKG, brain scan, eye test, and blood test, as well as a sports physical. If he can do this, he'll need a matchmaker who will look out for him, and find him a suitable comeback opponent...all of this costs money. It has to come from somewhere. Then, if he can get an opponent locked in, there has to be a Promoter willing to put the fight on his card. Lots of hurdles to overcome. It's a lot for a young fighter, nevermind a man in his 50's who hasn't boxed since 1999.

Say what you want about Ike.
In his prime he was "The Greatest Prime Heavyweight in History"
In his prime if he was a video game :
Stamina = 10 (Maybe only Marciano to have a case for better)
Chin = 10 (Again only Ali, Marciano, and Ray Mercer for a case of better)
Power = 8 (Good enough to knock anyone out. Those short shots inside have no equivalent case)
Speed = 7 (Good enough to press you, stalk you, Cut the ring off, and then gas you)
Defencse = 8 (He had a worlds class high guard he came in behind, and good head movement inside)
Yes he was a head case, but that never effected his performance in the ring.
Who beats him and how ???
Most people he would just press, stalk , gas, then get inside and knock them out.

Ike vs lewis who have you got ?

@@theinformationbomber7102 Both in their prime over a 10 fight series. Ike but only just.
You can see how Ike could easily gas Lewis get inside and knock him out.
You can also see how Lewis could continually push Ike off like Foreman did to Frazier. This stops Ike getting inside and also slows the fight down conserving energy. Ike is however 250lb not 200lb like Frazier so pushing him off would not be as easy. Lewis also had a good Upper cut and the power to hurt Ike and possibly knock him out.
So for me in a Greatest Prime Heavy Weight tournament I think it would only be :
      (1) Ike
      (2) Lewis
      (3) Foreman
      (4) Vitali
They would have to have 10 fight series to take the lucky punch bias out.
With Ike we were robbed. He was literally a Rocky Marciano on Steroids. The Stalk Them, Gas them, Get Inside, and Smash them is the most dominant style. As long as the boxer has Godlike Stamina and a granite chin like both Ike and Marciano had the opponents have next to no chance.
Only a lucky early knock out will save them.
Sure Ali was fast and stylish but only until he is gassed and then gets hit by an Ike upper cut or a Maciano Suzie Cue to the ribs. Ali would have no chance against these 2 as his stamina was not good enough and he could not even knock a "Poor Man' s" version like Frazier out.

@@simonkrebs6043 most boxing experts think that Ike doesn't stand a chance in front of an ATG like lewis but I disagree with them
I too pick Ike over lewis

@@theinformationbomber7102 Well we saw enough of Ike close to what would have been his prime to do the analysis and stats.
His Stamina, Chin, good defense, Effective High Guard, and his Stalk/Gas/Get inside/Smash style was enough for many experts that know boxing.
We have seen this style dominate before and not just in heavy weight. So there is no surprise for me and many other life time boxing people that Ike is in the conversation for "Great Ever Prime Heavyweight".
If someone suggests he is not "They don't know sh*t about boxing"

Ike still looks in good shape. It shows he has the disciple to maintain his physical training regime. He will need to start sparring so he gets "fighting fitness/ sharpness", so he himself knows if he still has it. If he has half the level of stamina he had back then (and punch resistance), he will be a problem to some of today's heavyweight.
