it's just not even a discussion. as a brit, it's embarassing. no amount of bricktop rambling over scorecards can account for how classless fury is. there are no redeeming features. he got humbled, unequivocally lost. and even if he'd won, usyk would still be the better man. whatever he has, fury can never have it. if anything fury's behaviour over the two fights, including that comment about the war he made in the first fight, shows what he's like to deal with..from the negotiation tactics he made to how he handles defeat. good luck to him but usyk is just better
Usyk is simply a once in a lifetime phenomenon, Dubois embarrassed himself by challenging Usyk in the ring. Why would Usyk want to fight somebody he's already beaten and for a title he gave away. There is only one Heavyweight Champ and he should retire now with an unbeatable boxing record.
The fact is Fury had every physical advantage: He's Taller, bigger, heavier, longer reach, punches harder. He had all the cards in his favour and still lost twice. Usyk had to overcome massive size and weight disadvantages - if the weight difference was scaled in other boxers it would be a welterweight fighting a light heavyweight. That's how much of a size and weight difference there was. Usyk is an incredible fighter, Fury is just a big one.
Fury was always a media creation. He got luckily in Germany and has done nothing but pull the wool since. His lil fanboys fell for every second of it. Mugs!
"In Poland, on the border with Ukraine", heard it million times Spencer, lovely storytelling, Hitchcock-like suspense... but it was Wroclaw, on the German border, where Usyk fought, 500km away from Ukraine and you were apparently there, but can't remember a thing... 🤣 Lads, stop this Fury-love nonsense, just to stay in his circle and get invited, he got beaten fair and square, twice, AI confirmed, what else do you want?
People often overlook that Usyk's style relies heavily on his exceptional footwork. In the match against Dubois, the canvas was extremely slippery due to the rain, which clearly affected Usyk's movement as he slipped several times. Despite this, he managed to dismantle Dubois, even though Dubois landed multiple low blows. After the final low blow, Usyk seemed to switch to "beast mode," and it became evident that Dubois was nowhere near Usyk's level. A rematch on a dry canvas would likely result in an early stoppage victory for Usyk.
Make no mistake, Tyson Fury is an incredible fighter. One of the very best of his generation. That puts into context how phenomenal Usyk is to do what he’s done twice to Fury and just neutralise him. Usyk is so special.
Moses Itauma would clean Bakole out imo, but styles make fights. I think Bakole beats Fury easily and AJ would need to box and move and land a massive shot early to beat Bakole, which is not easy, Bakole would probably land on AJ and finish him in first half of fight. Bakole would lose on points to Usyk. Dubois would get ironed out by Bakole.
Tyson 'The Bum' Fury is like Prince Naseem Hamed lot of hype but when they faced someone really good they lost badly! 'The Bum' lost to Usyk TWICE, and he has no excuses, saying he thought he won is laughable when the fight stats show Usyk landed more nearly every round. Tyson 'The Bum' Fury is way past his prime and should think of his health and retire now, he has enough money and will never beat Usyk. It was a mistake for 'The Bum' to come in that heavy, he should have been lighter and more mobile.
As a Brit, don't listen to the predictions from these Bozos. My money will be on Parker in February. AJ flattered Dubois with his weak chin. The British boxing establishment are overhyping Dubois.
The disappointing thing is there are no good quality opponents in the heavyweight divison for uysk to really test himself, that division has been shite since what the 90s? Every now and then you may get 1 or 2 ok fighters but there are never several good quality heavyweights to set up multiple fights
Listen, I aint no Tyson Fury fan boi, i've always been vocal about Tyson's bs and illegitimate 'I'm the greatest of all time' boasts, but he gave an ATG in Usyk the two roughest toughest fights of his career, so for me he aint what he thought he was, but he's still a world class heavyweight imo, proved me wrong big time in the rematch and boxed brilliantly but was just a step behind imo. Tyson could still prove us all wrong if he knuckles down, dedicates himself 100%, rebuilds, sticks with his trainer, doesn't rely on favoritism and corrupt judges to give him decisions shows the world he ain't no front runner who loses and cowers, Tyson fury is a world class heavyweight, bit of a knob surrounded by yes men, but a world class heavyweight and a freak of nature for such a huge guy.
Yeah, and suddenly Dubois has a big chance against Usyk, as if Dubois stands a chance against Fury. Funny how every small detail is talked about in their British boxers' favour, but the foreign opponents get doubted about everything on the other side.
Fury’s a very talented fighter but his attitude has been the problem. He missed 3 years of his prime and afterwards handpicked his opponents. He’s taken these legitimate losses with the lack of grace we’ve come to expect of him.
At no point was Dubois on top in the Usyk fight, Spencer talking waffle. We can debate all day whether it was a low blow or not, the fact of the matter is it was called a low blow and Usyk milked it. If the ref had counted he would have got up, and then survived the round, I have absolutely no doubt about that. He would have used his skill to survive. From the moment after the low blow he done what he always does, turned the screw and Dubois quit, plain and simple. The only chance Dubois has is a punchers chance, it is a fallacy to believe he has the skill to match Usyk, utter nonsense.
Why is it because these fighters lose to one of the best fighters we've ever seen that could mix it in any era? Now, all the other heavyweights aren't as good as well thought? There can only be one number 1 they can all be the best
I was just about to comment this. From the media to the general fans they're all as bad as eachother. Let’s get it right … Fury isn’t what YOU thought he was. Most Boxing fans have been screaming out for him to be tested in the ring. His best win was a 40 year old Klitschko in an absolute stinker. He should’ve lost to McDermott and lost to Ngannou, Wilder put him on his ass repeatedly, he needed plastic surgery after the Wallin fight, he won nothing in the amateurs … all the evidence was there for all to see. Fury’s done well & won a sh*t ton of money, good luck to the fella, but he’s no boxing great

I can't believe you work in the field of sport when you don't even have a clue what you're talking about. You're absolutely winging it.
Jordan hasn't a clue . It was a master class in Boxing by Usyk His angles and footwork brilliant. You don't score points from hitting arms and gloves WATCH the fight again example take ROUND 1 Fury was completely outclassed by Usyk. Usk's tactics, strategy and evolvement and adjustment were sublime. Count and score round 1 correctly. Fury is hardly scoring points .Boxing is about outscoring opponent.
Guys, what Usyk did TWICE is like a bantamweight beating a heavyweight. NOBODY has ever done anything like that. in ANY generation. You're insulting him by showing so much disrespect. For many reasons, besides just boxing, Ali will always be my best heavyweight, but Usyk is the best boxer of all time. There is no way Fury won or even drew that fight.
@@CyberChatBox Ali is considered the greatest because of his impact on the world and how he made boxing so popular. But people still talking about the sport from 60 years ago, as if things don't improve over time. The boxers these days are on a different level, that's why we see less devastating KOs, because preparations before fights are much better and more in depth, and there is a lot more emphasis on tactical and defensive work.
A few years from now when a million views from around the world review the 24 rounds they won't think "it was SO CLOSE" or that they saw a 'Draw' but will see it as Usyk carrying out two solid wins - the first pretty brutal as it involved utterly shltkicking Fury into a big clumsy oaf, the second just a cruising victory. They won't think "wow those were legendary battles' but will be intrigued at how huge the opponent and seeing how most of what seems to be 'winning' is just his gigantic weight. If Fury was shrunk down to 240lbs (change nothing else) you'd suppose Usyk would easily defeat him. So the huge weight is interesting to watch. Fury is not as good as everyone keeps getting Gypsy Cursed into believing and maybe that Spell has been broken finally. The thing is, had everyone been realistic all along, ironically, everyone would be giving Fury a huge respectful applause and big flowers for going up against a superb champion and bringing THE absolute two best performances of Fury's lifetime career. Instead, by expecting Oaf King to be some magical greatest boxer in the history of the universe you have to be disappointed when he just simply wasn't as good at Usyk, twice in a row.
Fury is definitely what we thought he is - a very freaky good boxing giant but Usyk is an all time great boxer with great chin. If Fury had a match with Ali I believe it would look fairly similar - competitive but Ali would just be too slick.

@marvellousdazza2836 listen, you obviously dont k ow much about boxing, usyk is only on 23 professional fights, hence why he cant talk about being the best of his era, thats not enought fights in 2 divisions, he needs to fight, bakole, zhang, parker whyte, wilder even to be considered the best of his era let alone the best of all time, he fought a rattled AJ thats punch shy because of ruiz and also fought the back of end of tyson furys reign, he needs to fight dubois again because dubois knocked him out with the bodyshot and also a few fights at heavyweight and maybe beterbiev aswell again at pro level

@@michaelclifford6468If you said AJ has ducked the Dubois rematch then I’m on board.
Ducking Wilder is a stupid thing to say considering Wilder has back to back losses while being built for the Joshua fight and there’s uncertainty around him even sticking around in the sport.
The other thing that makes it a stupid comment is that Wilder said to Fury that he turned down more money in an AJ fight to “bless Fury with an opportunity”.
Why do people just post stuff online that they haven’t even done the most basic research or have the most basic knowledge to back up?

Usyk is simply a once in a lifetime phenomenon, Dubois embarrassed himself by challenging Usyk in the ring.
Why would Usyk want to fight somebody he's already beaten and for a title he gave away.
There is only one Heavyweight Champ and he should retire now with an unbeatable boxing record.
I couldn't agree more.
FACT
Not compared to older boxing champs just isn't same great but no where near likes of even a young Mike tyson in prime

Usyk is the best boxer since Mayweather and Pacman
Why don't you talk about Martin Bakolo? For sure, Martin Bakole would capitalise that division.
Hi Martin. 👋🤣

Yeah, and suddenly Dubois has a big chance against Usyk, as if Dubois stands a chance against Fury. Funny how every small detail is talked about in their British boxers' favour, but the foreign opponents get doubted about everything on the other side.
Usyk is class, I hope he goes down to the light heavyweight & dominates that division. He's too good to retire
Loved how they described the fight as "the encyclopedia of boxing".
