Chakra Meditation 6 - Meditation

Welcome to this Chakra Activation Meditation series. Please start this meditation series starting from the first track of this Album (see below). Each exercise in this series uses binaural beats, so using headphones is recommended. I recommend doing each exercise daily for 7 days. By the end of about 35 days in this series, you will have learned to use these exercises to make the changes you want in your life.
This technique of meditation along with others was transmitted from Maya during a meditation session. As of my current understanding, 'Maya' is a soul collective that is guiding us during this lifetime. The audio incorporates binaural frequencies to synchronize the left and right brain hemispheres. This approach draws inspiration from the meditation audios developed by the Monroe Institute.
