Why, why why....... A great-aunt and -uncle retired from a property in the Central West to a house right on the point at Woy Woy Bay. We'd visit from time to time when we were holidaying at Pearl Beach (in the days before it became fashionable). The uncle would putter across in a small half-cabin to collect us from the station. The house was still there a few years ago, easily visible from the train. Great to see this, as the aerial photography clearly showed all the small islands and channels to the north and north-east of Woy Woy itself.
Why do they call Wagga Wagga Wagga but they don't call Woy Woy Woy?
