I got the chills when you talked about one of your happiest memories.
When we reflect on our memories, it's the emotion ("feelz") that we remember the most.
You're absolutely right, being present (where your feet are) can help us go deeper into that moment.
    Great video!

I have a very strong episodic memory. Can't help it! Just an observant person, for good and for bad.
It's a combination of being present and of reliving things in your down time.

Great video man! I love that line "Be where your feet are." It's so easy to drift through your day on autopilot and let your mind wonder to the past or future. Because of that you can miss out on interactions and moments around you. My best memories and interactions with people are when I didn't worry about anything else other than what was happening in that moment and place that I was in. Keep up the good work!

    Sir,
I am a huge fan of your fantastic memory ability, when i see some of your tutorial videos, you make it seem so easy yet when i try to start doing them, it seems as hard as climbing a mountain, literally.
Since this is one of my first youtube comments, because i am not into writing in the comment section, i would like to ask you -
Sir, what was your first step and how did you achieve it?
Thanks if you could reply back

Video taping is definitely a good way to objectively 'remember', but it will be a distraction for most people. So then it is probably be best not to do so.
Do not play Pokemon Go either: I like zoos and did not indulge : (
