@@SaeedReacts. And check out the dish of odd socks, skulls, trophies, toys and all the strange things that put on the table. Whomever designed that set had Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas design in mind!
It's a tour de force! Great vocals and harmonies! Glad you focused down on the emotional gravity, which they inserted into the arrangement. I love your reactions because you are not shallow, but you spot the real strength of their interpretations!
I also listen to Pentatonix EVERY DAY. yes this is super fun. TX Saeed. Just what I needed at this precise moment. One of my favorite things : inner peace and the legacy of laughter AND of course Pentatonix. Greetings from South Africa
@daleenengelbrecht4861 I also listen to them every day. They take me to a place where I don't think about anything else that's going on. It's relaxing and fun or calming. It just depends on what I need at the moment.
This song is from "The Sound of Music" from back in 1959 (Broadway) and 1965 (movie). PTX did a great job with it. Scott with the skull is my favorite part of the video - so funny.
Yes! Exactly! The usual English idiom is "security blanket," but "blanket of comfort" works too! And yes, Pentatonix and their music have helped me get through some tough times.
@@SaeedReacts. Yes! Watching a couple of their videos always raises my mood. This one, though, you need to watch at least 10 times. There's way too much to see! I love it.
Thank you for reacting to this awesome Pentatonix video. I love this video because it always puts a smile on my face. They are so creative and they execute their visions so well. Kirstin leads are always amazing, IMO. Glad that you enjoyed it.
Another great reaction, thank you! And as much fun as this one is...I can hardly wait till you get to their cover of "Making Christmas" (from Tim Burton's 'Nightmare Before Christmas' - yes, *THAT* one!)! *PLEASE* don't make us wait till Halloween or Christmas for that reaction! *PLEASE!!!*
Another fabulous reaction! I absolutely love Pentatonix take on this song I love how it's very Tim Burton But still fun and whimsical it is hundred percent of my ally. Not only is it . Not only is it a twist on the original and it gives definitely their own It's also an amazing performance with the vocals and the video is fun and the effects and their timing is just 1 of my favorite Pentatonix covers.
All of my favorite things are from Voice Play, who are the Original Theater Kids of A Capella. It's a credit to Voice Play when others play follow the leader. Nice video PTX
I love Pentatonix. 5 (6 including Avi) fantastically talented entertainers. To think that they were rejigging famous songs and reinventing them with a Capella, from such a young age is simply astonishing. Have you reacted to their version of Bohemian Rhapsody or the Prayer? Superb. One I really, really like is Papaoutai, when they have a guest violinist and they are made up to look like dolls. I think you would like it. ❤
Saeed is living in Belgium, IIRC, so yes, Papaoutai may be a really good choice. he could possibly rate Scott's pronunciation! Lindsey Sterling is the violinist and such a great one for a song like that with PTX...and Kevin on cello.
Still need to check out their version of Papaoutai. That song was super popular over here, and i knew it was big elsewhere, but never realized how big. Will check it out.
My favorite things (not necessarily in this order 😜): PTX, my husband, kids and grandkids, books, peanut M&Ms, peppermint mochas and my bernedoodle puppy, Rylee. 😊
Love this one to! Good job Saeed. Groetjes C❤
Oh! Dat zie je soms met andere creators ook. Iemand maakt een video en opeens volgen er nog. Ofwel toont het algoritme soortgelijke video's 😄 Groetjes!
The Mad Hatter's Tea Party goes steam-punk! And Kirstin kills it with her lead!
It's like Christmas at Dracula's castle - the random things dropping into the picture are so interesting.
It is! Need to rewatch it to get every detail 😄

WOOOOW!😮👍
Not just anybody can tackle a Julie Andrews classic, but Kirstin sure does it with style! Loved your reaction, thanks! Peace from Ohio …
She is amazing in the lead on this one. Thanks for watching. Greetings from Belgium.

I love how they approach these songs and add that emotional layer. Thanks so much for watching!
So good, their blending of voices is incredible.
Mitch looking like Barnaby Collins from Edge of Darkness ❤️
Years ago I watched barnabus Collin’s on dark shadows. In the sixties🥹

Their music and video's definitely are that. Like hot soup on a cold day 😃

Enjoyed this video and rendition a lot! Thanks for watching.
I love that Scott’s favorite thing was a skull. Kirstin is at her Broadway best with this one.
I’m so glad you chose this one! I love the song and you gave us a great reaction!
They made it their own once again. Thanks so much for watching.

One of my favourites
The lyrics are overlooked. "When the dog bites, when the bee stings"
Love this, it’s so fun
Pentatonix music, the tv show Supernatural, The Lord of the Rings books and films, and Harry Potter audio books. Those are my go to favorite things. 😂
Those are some of my favorites too 😄
I saw once where Kirstin picked this video as one in which she most liked the way she looked. I believe something about the jawline?

Great reaction! Thanks for the fraction. What a fun Video. Pentatonic just dropped a fun video for a fun kid movie.
So much fun! Thanks for letting me know. I will try to check it out as soon as i am back from holiday.
Hello Saeed. What a great idea --- PTX bell tones for an alarm to get you up in the morning!
Great start to the day 😄
Sound of Music, Julie Andrews, 1965. Definitely a different arrangement but agree it was made for PTX.

Great reaction as usual Saeed, would love to hear what they could do with some ABBA songs..(Showing my age now).
Thats an amazing idea!

Beautiful! Peanut M&M's are sooo good 😄
The trio met doing kids' musical theater. Kirstie was in Kinky Boots.
Face it, almost everything ptx "covers" is an upgrade.
Good point 😄
About their "favorite things"? I think i saw an interview where Scott said they just picked up random things on the table lol
