Budget airlines in Europe can be pretty cheap indeed! Especially when you do not bring any checked luggage, larger carry-ons or choose a seat or anything. For example just to bring a carry-on on this flight they would have charged 74 euros and the seat choice for the cheapest seat was 35 euros. Hence I only travelled with a small backpack. Luckily my trip was only two nights in total :) . To increase the odds of getting a window seat I waited with the check in until the last moment, when all middle seats were already taken. Hopefully flights in your country will get as cheap as well some day! Which country is that?
Very informative video. Thank you. It's going to be my 1st time arriving at OTP, I have few Q if you can help me out. As I see there are no sleeves for WizzAir. Once inside that bus, is there a chance to grab a seat if I'm with Wizz Flex, preboarding, etc or there's a complete chaos? I see also there's an escalator only! Due to epilepcy I usually use a lift or regular stairs on arrival when there's no sleeve. Have you seen what's once you get indide that building? A lift from level 0 to 1 or regular stairs that are not in sight? Thank you in advance.
Thank you for your kind comment :) First of all, it depends on where you flying in from and when it will be. The day after tomorrow, March 31,2024 Romania will be in the Schengen Area of the European Union, that means that if you fly into Bucharest from another place within the Schengen Area (so The Netherlands, Italy, Germany etc.) that you will not have to go through immigration on arrival. That means that there are bigger chances that you arrive at a gate with a jet bridge, I have seen Wizz Air planes that did use the jet bridge (14:11 in the video). Also, regarding the bus, there are seats but there is no priority for Wizz Flex etc. since the buses are provided by OTP airport. However when I was there, not all seats were occupied. There were also multiple buses so you can consider taking the next one if it means you can sit down instead of having to stand up. If you do end up taking a bus and arriving at the terminal like I did then also do not worry. There was a lift available as well as regular stairs. If you look at 14:42 in the video you can see the signs you have to follow for the lift. (you'll have to walk left of the escalator) I hope you have a good flight and I'm sure you can find your way around! Good luck!

I too heard that there'll be rearrangements due to that event in many airports. I booked extraleg, so in the middle of the plain, if no jet bridge, might wait for the 2nd bus then and then the stairs/lift 🛗. Thanks for being so much helpful with your video.
