When i went to wipe data factory it doesn’t show me (yes/no) option it went to restart ..

I had hope ... for a few minutes...
Because Yu are the ONLY one mentioned that the cellphone vibrates for a moment & we let go during that moment.
I thought "Hey ... That's the important information I needed"
However - I tried it a few times & didn't go in2 options menu 4 me:
