- Hundreds of police officers descended on the UCLA campus where protesters had gathered, removing barricades and clearing out encampments after demonstrators refused to leave the area. The police used non-lethal weapons, resulting in the arrest of 132 individuals.

As a project manager I can tell you having material delivered without permission to a property you don’t own is called dumping and is a crime already…. You can’t just do material drops where ever with no permit.

The cops came and stood around for a while, then they let right-wing militia members, mostly from the Proud Boys, attack the encampment-cops stood around and watched a bit before they joined in.
Protestors were defending themselves from being assaulted by PBs when cops came in and routed, attacked, and arrested mostly peaceful protestors. There were some violent protestors-don’t know how many of those were outside agitators, agent provocateurs, or what-but they were far fewer violent pro-Palestinian protestors than the violent Proud Boys and other right-wing extremists.
No surprise of the right-wing and police violence: they support a State that perpetuates an apartheid system and commits genocide.
