I've binged the entire Cosmere over the past 6 months. This video is phenomenal. The pacing, audio levels, quality of narrator voice, fan art, etc make it a must watch. Please create more, with spoilers. I'll watch every one.

The singers and the highstorms are one of my favorite aspects from Roshar.. Like the idea of different forms and tuning to music for communication makes the singer the perfect species for the planet. It's also kind of unique species. And the idea of highstorm is why I started reading this masterpiece

This video is fantastic. Really great job! That Parshendi art at 9:43 makes them look so much more badass than I imagined.
I've missed a lot of this information and am relatively certain its not in the main series. Have I missed a short story or is this some book signing lore? I am not diligent when keeping up with that. I would just like to know as I love this series and would like to read about as much of it as possible.
    *Spoilers Below*
    - Adonalsium creating the continent of Roshar on an otherwise landless planet and possibly the moons
    - Roshar in constant motion, pushed by highstorms
    - Atmospheric make-up and force of gravity
    - Greatshells storing stormlight in gemhearts. I know that the symbiotic relationship with spren is stated but is the stormlight storage stated somewhere or an assumption based on Parshendi being able to hold voidlight and spren in their gemhearts. (presumably stormlight as well if they become Radiant.)
I have never heard any of this so I'm quite curious. Thank you.

Brandon has a lot of discussions where he answers fan questions. Some of the information in this video are from those discussions which can be found online. I guess he gives that info freely to show how deep his world is and because it probably wont have a major impact on readers' enjoyment of the series down the road. If a fan's question goes too far into spoiler territory, then he simply says read and find out.

Some of this is just explained right in the books. You might have just missed it. I've listened to all 3 books several times and still notice forshadowing or other things I hadn't before.
      *Spoilers*
Like the pull of gravity being lessoned by spren attaching themselves to greatshells is surmised by Shallan while she and Kaladin are trapped in the caves.
There's so much to remember and so much world building in these books. Don't feel bad 😅
