I have read High Fructose Corn Syrup is incredibly Worse than the awful Cane sugar. I quit all sugar combined low carb Keto diet w/intermittent fasting after 6 mo. my serum A1c went from 7.3 to 5.1 (that’s an average glucose level of 100) and it has changed my life I no longer have insulin resistance and I have more energy, improved my skin and lost a ton of weight plus I no longer feel depressed. Oh, and I’m 65 yrs old. Thanks for your RUclips videos Trinny.
Totally in awe of Rosemary's knowledge & communication style! Such a high level of scientific knowledge communicated in a way that everyone can understand, professional but with such warmth & personality! And not an sniff of judgement! I have a background in healthcare (midwifery) & strive for that balance. Really enjoyed this video! Tumeric has been added to the health store shopping list X
Since I am working from home, I am not tempted by the office donuts, cakes and cookies- and shockingly (not) I lost 5 pounds. I am using this time to prepare lovely and nourishing meals, made with quality ingredients and exercise. Am eating more protein ( eggs, tofu, yogurt, bean & fish) & veggies (lots of garden herb salads with plenty of olive oil, lots of stirfry and steamed green) and springtime berries. Carbs- of course! But smaller servings- and now those smaller servings, with the vegetables, are very filling and satisfying. The belly which I swore I was going stick around for ever has slowly shrunk.
Thank you so much Trinny and Rosemary for a super insightful enjoyable session, hope you do more of these. Loved Rosemary's down to earth informative and balanced approach! And she is indeed beautiful!
I used to put 4 tsps/ 1 heaped tbs of sugar in my tea, thankfully none now but it was so so so hard and it took commitment, will power and time...but it worked 🙌. I HATE! sugar in tea now. Yay!
My goodness ... have juice with cereal? How does that keep insulin low? The carbohydrate in the cereal converts to glucose which means you are actually getting even more of an insulin spike.
I highly recommend a documentary called “fat fiction” released this year, they were talking closely about American died and the diseases related to it and advised Keto died and it made so much sense scientifically and looking at elder generations they didn’t have so many heath problems as we have today , sugar definitely is the number one killer of our health
You mean "diet" not "died". Furthermore, keto is not the magic bullet you or it's other proponents claim. Cutting out carbs to that extent is not healthy in the long run.
I went a bit extreme low net card for a while to get rid of sugar craving and it works. Lost my desire for sweets completely. I do eat about more carb now but found a bit of hard core 20 net carbs a day really changed something. A bit hard to do as a vegan but being home and not traveling was a good time to do it. I don’t care for stevia but if you must try a bit of that and monk fruit to bridge the gap. Look up the Gucci Westman (RUclips) strawberry hemp milk recipe. Very low sugar, yummy and very filling. Have made that once a week since I found it.
So enjoyed this conversation with Rosemary. Sheltering in place has turned a white wine cocktail hour into a daily thing here in our household. Would love to learn about a low sugar tequila cocktail.
My downfall is Malteser Bunnies, Kinder chocolate, Lindor and dairy milk. Doesn't also help that my sister works for Cadburys/ Mondalez / Kraft. I tend to binge on sweet things e.g cake, biscuits, chocolate if I am feeling bored or down or if I just fancy it :(
I must admit that was not a very successful dialogue. I struggled to follow the nutritionist who was beating around the bush in the questions and gave very generalized responses and lingered between medical advice, for which she is not qualified to give, and cliches. Trinny really tried to get this together! Sadly she studied at The College of Naturopathic Medicine i.e. Homeopathic/Complementary medicine which is not a valid treatment under conventional medicine. The only profession qualified to give legal advice is an RD (registered dietitian). Sugar is hidden in carbs and that is the main concern really.
I love your videos trinny but this episode was rife with misinformation and scientifically inaccurate advice. I looked up this lovely lady and she has no scientific or medical training. Please use a dietician for advice on food, they have to be regulated and study a three year scientific degree. Nutritionist as a label means nothing . Sorry to criticize. I think what you do for women is incredible.

Its the hidden sugar that's hard. Ex: Why is there sugar in a savory simmering sauce?! Great interview so thank you for posting!
Would love to see a live with Shabir, Rosemary and Trinny talking about how to live your healthiest life through diet, exercise and supplements! x

This was great, so sensible, thank you
Yes Rosemary was a treat. Thank you trinny 🙏
Watch the Australian Doco That sugar film! Life changing! I read the label on everything, every 4 grams of sugar is roughly 1 teaspoon
Thank you Trinny ♥️ for inspiring us to take better care of our bodies inside out!! Really appreciate it! Keep producing this type of content.

Sadly this lady has no scientific/medical training and is not a dietician. Hence why her information is inaccurate
My bete noir is wine - fascinating talk many thanks.
That was a great discussion.

I have used stevia for years and I seriously dont get sugar cravings at all....I do agree though the hidden sugar is the hardest to deal with...♥️🇦🇺
What an awesome lady so real thank you xx
Thank you Trinny these" guest "series are gold.

Really enjoyed this joining lockdown.

Really helpful thank you so much 😊
Trinny & Rosemary, I'm listening as I need a kick right now! Sugar and isolation is not a good combination x
Does anyone know if Trinny linked the flapjack , snack etc recipes from Rosemary? As they mentioned a few times that they’d link recipes etc x
Thank you Trinny this is brilliant , and your skin looks fantastic, is that due to sugar reduction?
I have given up coffee and my next thing is sugar. This is my worst.
My downfall is Malteser Bunnies, Kinder chocolate, Lindor and dairy milk. Doesn't also help that my sister works for Cadburys/ Mondalez / Kraft. I tend to binge on sweet things e.g cake, biscuits, chocolate if I am feeling bored or down or if I just fancy it :(
I cant bear sugar in tea or coffee but love biscuits, cake and chocolate
same here x
Me too!
Has Rosemary posted any links yet?
She looks so much like Julia Roberts... Very informative.
I think the best thing is to not get hungry 😅, if you are full you can’t shack on sugar .
Where is this dress from? You look wonderful!
It’s a Zara dress.
I’ve always heard when your craving sugar your body is wanting some protein
You're.
@@jackiehamilton2738 Thank you! My mother always caught mistakes
My lovely Trinny i think it is time to invest in a camera so we could see you full screen and not 1/3 of the screen , lots of love from Canada 🇨🇦
i understand she's using her phone that explains the screen size ;-)
Click on full screen.
Rosemary looks like an All Saint!
I would make nutritious meals and food if I had the time. It's having the time if you work a lot.
Try planning them out beforehand or fo batch cooking at the weekend. You can make the time.

Look harder before slandering someone! She holds an internationally recognised qualification.
