Very interesting, amazing to see so many options for such a niche part of the hobby. Loving my xv02 snrc at the moment so no room for this in my collection just yet 😁
That looks like a really nice kit, and good quality as far as I can tell from the video. Whether it's good value or not, I've no idea, can't find a price for it. I'm looking forward to the build and running videos though😉👍
Agreed. We got a few price options but wanted to let them get the site up first before we posted in, just in case. Base car around $200 though, so it should be a good deal.
@@Competitionx $200 for that isn't bad at all, it would probably be around £200 here in the UK but still a good price compared to certain other cars....
This kit looks great so far. I will be interested on your thoughts about the build itself. I am also curious about body/ electronics choices. Have you heard of the Carten T410 Rally chassis? I loved my build and it is an awesome platform. Cheers
Going to do a 25.5T system (maybe 21.5T) and possibly the Toyota Yaris from Tamiya. Been wanting to drop that body on a car at some point - this might be the time to do it!
This chassis looks like it's based on the WLToys 104001 which is a knock-off of the LC Racing PTG models which also is a knock-off of something else.. I forget. It looks like it's much better built tho.
Not much, no. Apparently the car is alive and well in China and is compares in performance to some of the other chassis' out there. We'll be tearing it up here soon at our local track and report our findings.
Seen this car in person and it just looks like a well thought out proper rally car
Good to know. Excited to see how it performs.

We love our XV-02 as well - it's a beast. This chassis is going to have to be quite stellar to compare to that!

wish they had some rock guards/dirt cover for the chassis. This should be a minimum requirement for all rally rc cars!
We did receive a plastic dirt shield to go on top, but not sure if it comes with the kit or not. Didn't want to include it and give false hope :)

@@Competitionx Cool! Yaris is a great option. I have one sitting and waiting too :)

It certainly does. We'll see how if they upped the performance or not though :)
The WL model you mention is based from Xray XB4
You should come on franks live this thursday to show this car.
Thursday nights are not really good for me :(
Ooh, interesting!
We thought so as well!
Where i can find the manual. Do you have a link for english version?
The manual is not available online yet. Possibly in the very near future after the car has landed in the states.
Gday from Israel.
How does it compare to the carten T410 or the LC racing PTG-2R?
I want to start a rally category in Israel.
Eny recommendations?
We haven't had a chance to try the Carten or LC Racing, but we'll look into those. This chassis does look good so probably close in comparison.
Where can I buy this?
autorc.us, soon. Site is still under construction.
Do you know a lot about this brand? Is one of the big distributors picking them up? HRP, Amain? Rally cars take tons of abuse and they break.

@ sounds good. I love the design of the XV02 but it’s stupidly priced and you have to buy the center diff separately
Ya, this car should be priced well under the XV-02. Should be interesting to see how it performs.
Hi. Where are i buy this chasis? Thank's
It will be available at autorc.us when the site has been launched. Soon, from what we hear.
