I’m just enjoying your work and attention to detail. I still remember when you built this layout and then all the work under the bridge not too long after, that work really showed your dedication to the hobby. As Veteran’s Day approaches I wanted to thank you for your service that allows us to have so many of our liberties. ✌🏽🇺🇸
Hi Ya Rob. Great scenery job as always - one of the most realistic I've seen. It's great to see new videos. Don't be shy on the running trains videos !
Looking great Steve. I like your funny casual approach very entertaining. Like the steep banking. Giving me ideas for my layout. Lost my mojo for awhile and need to get back to it. Built a tunnel on a corner and in the process of completing I’ve got cuttings either side. I like your ideas too. Keep up the good work. 👍🚂👨✈️
I love the attention to detail as someone that hasn't started my layout loves to see everything that goes in before the trains get to moving! Thank you
As always, you're artistic vision is excellent! Looks very believable - GREAT JOB. LIke the standing water idea. Too many guys miss that detail. My ONLY critique: That big oak in the field at the back belongs back in the corner to hide the seam in your backdrop. If that's a farm, it would never be in the center of a field. (just my opinion) Again, thanks for sharing you layout adventure.
Hi Rob, impressing progress 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 One little thing, just in case that is of interest: "hellgrün" means "light green" (even though "hell" is a part of the name 😃). Looking forward to the next videos of your great layout! Take care & greets from Germany Jochen
Rob, so glad to see more scenery videos. I believe I have watched every video of yours all the way back when you were going around taking pictures of nature. I have always appreciated your eye for recreating nature in HO scale. I have learned so much from you. Thank you for giving me this love of scenery. However, this love of scenery is becoming increasingly frustrating with a lack of good scenery makers available. I used to count on Martin Welberg and I had a supplier for Polak products but currently I'm at a loss to fine manufacturers of quality trees and bushes. Would you share you overseas source? Thank you for you service, have a great veterans day and God Bless.
That section of the embankment in front of the corn looks to me exactly how a hayfield and cornfield would meet. The only thing missing are some big round bales of hay.
You could actually dry brush some of the "greener" MBR mats to blend them in with the others , they do look quite different. Your railway your choice obviously.
You should add a vine growth across you tell tales. Not real thick but, those things usually have a bit of vegetation or maybe a dead vine across it to represent what’s left after maintenance sprays it to kill it
Hello Mr. Rob You have an incredibly realistic layout, extremely beautiful and detailed, which is rare to find anywhere, you think through everything to the smallest detail. I want to ask you, what is this background with a corn field, what is it called? I liked him. I wish you a wonderful day and God's blessing.

FROM AUSTRALIA
These last couple videos are kicking my butt to get in gear on some much needed scenery work on my own layout. Thanks, Rob.

Great job. It's hardcto see where scenery ends and the backdrop starts. Awesome.
That looks outstanding. I had no idea those scenic mats could look so good. I need to check them out. Great job and thanks for sharing!!
Smashing job, great observations. I think I saw a couple of rabbits making a burrow in the shrubbery above the tunnel entry.
Excellent work. I've learned a lot from you. One thing though, was waiting for Shortys bear to show up. Can't wait for the next video.
Great looking scenery Rob!
The most realistic embankment scenery I've had the pleasure to watch 'how to'. Cheers for your efforts.

Deer hunting stand would be cool.. I drive for a living, scenery is right on.
Looks beautiful, Rob. You have one of the best layouts on RUclips!

Very, VERY nice work.!
More gorgeous work Rob. Great to see you working on the scenery again. Greetings from a UK subscriber.
Nice to get that done! Looks fantastic!
Great video thanks for sharing the transformation justified the effort.
Great job. Enjoy your videos.
The Tunnel scene looks awesome !
Got a suggestion: In the corner you could put in a hot air balloon with the gondola attached!
Great work and fun to watch.

Good improvement.

fields + tractors= dirt tracks ? just an idea. my .02 but wow well done brother.
Stunning!
Now you need to blend in the bottom of the mat on the near side it will show up on any cab rides
Great job.
Hey rob I wondering old carpet would work as mats in other words paint the carpet
Mr. Bennett, what happened to the great layout of Scott Woods? He wanted to rebuild it? What is the conversion doing? What's the status?
Please elaborate on the mats? NBR? Thanks
maybe add a old broken wood fence to break it up on the bankment
Like everything but the deer. Make them more camo.
Deer don't wear camo they wear bright orange vests so they wont get shot during hunting season.
No, I think you are on the mark about your field coming down to the tracks
why is tunnel needed in farm country. Must have solid rock to support tunnel. Not possible with potting soil
Absolutely nothing wrong with having bare patches - in fact it seems more realistic to me. At
You should do a tutorial on how you piant and add details to the mats ruclips.net/video/pme8DAIdhQY/видео.html
