I'm pretty sure they ask customers who order first if they want to be part of this game or not, and are then informed on the rules including displaying of their addresses. Also notice how no matter how many people were there at these homes, they always seem to order just one pizza; case in point the two girls in the first prank and then 7 or 8 people in the last one. Something tells me it is not as random as we think! But then it's very enjoyable to watch so I think I should shut up now :)
