When seasoning, use three kinds : soy sauce, anchovy sauce, and tuna sauce.

2. Use tuna sauce instead of salt for additional seasoning.
3. If you use anchovy sauce, you can create the same effect as making anchovy stock.
4. Even if you can't eat spicy things, I recommend you to add about 3 chungyang peppers.
The spiciness of the pepper adds to the taste.
