I feel like the step of analyzing what I've just learned is what has been missing on my few months of picking up the guitar. Your content is crazy underrated, keep it up!
Really nice video. I've been a guitar teacher for a few years now, and I'm definitely gonna pass along this learning technique to a few people. Thanks for sharing man :)
Thank you for sharing. Such a good presentation on how, firstly, talent never means instant competence, and secondly, learning is always positively affected by structure and methodology both in terms of time, productivity, progress... everything. It is of course subjective in which and how many steps to break the process and what time/focus these steps would get, but structure and continuity are so much more important than talent.
Nice video! Thanks for sharing the process and the realistic time it took you. Sometimes I try to learn something and about an hour in I get demoralized but knowing how much it really takes is motivating
Great video, once again! It is so interesting and motivating to see other people's process. Quick question : did you adjust your guitar setup/string height to accommodate the open tuning and the slide playing? Thank you !
Thank you! I play very light strings in general (9-42) and this worked fine for open E. however the action on my strat is quite low, which is perhaps not ideal for slide. But I don’t want to have a specific setup for slide, I wasn’t to practice so I can play slide on any guitar
What if my ear isn't that great plus my vocabulary is quite restricted? Like, I don't even know all basic major and minor chords plus their inversions, plus playing them over different sets of strings. I feel like not having a basic "framework" to work with makes the transcription part really super hard, but maybe I'm just practicing and stuff that is too hard for my level. Tips?

Very nice video :) I'm trying to learn classical tremolo right now and I've read that it can take up to one year 😮
Thanks! Oh yeah, that's a serious technique
