    I remember when you were at the Pet Expo in Canada and you said that Eric didn’t know what Jarlic was. I didn’t know what it was either, until today & even then I had to think about it for a couple minutes. 😅😅 You’re adorable Jess. I love your sense of humor. Anyway, a couple years ago I hosted Thanksgiving for just me, my husband and father in law. (My mother in law passed away in 2020 from colon cancer. I miss her so much). I made a turkey breast in our Instant Pot. That was so good!

    What a gorgeous, glorious bird. Julia Child would be proud. She once said if you have a fear of failure, you're never gonna learn how to cook. Watch her cook chicken sometime. I was just thinking how wonderful that herbed butter would be delicious for a roast chicken (or use it on biscuits, too). I helped my late paternal grandmother one year make a turkey dinner. Happy memories. We made oyster stuffing, and that was absolutely delicious.

    When I was in Boy Scouts, we would have a massive Thanksgiving cookout as our November camping trip.
    We would stand our turkeys up, after pulling out all the insides, and then open a can of orange soda and have the turkey sit on the open can with a tented aluminum foil over the top. Very juicy.

    • @SnowDogsCooking
      @SnowDogsCooking  Месяц назад

      I said in the video the average for how long per pound. 13 - 15 minutes per pound. 20 minutes per and you might end up with some pretty dry turkey.

    where's veggies n rolls 😂😂😂😂😂 and no sweet pots n pumkin pie n I'm with u jess no stuffing I make 2 one with bacon n 1 with chorizo. n I only eat 1 serving spoonful of stuffingbwith bacon . my mom used to put liver gizzars n thyme n sage n I can't stand any other those I almost wonder if I have some sort of allergy to them I'm highly allergic to basil but rosemary sage n thane n oregano all irritating to my throat n breathing sooo idk. as kid I always told my mom when I ear that ( artichoke hearts in oil) my throat gets scratchy n hard to breathe she said I was a lair n would say good mire fir her. well bout 20 yrs ago I was at my sister's n she made a Caprisi salad n I had no 8dea what it was but l9ve spinach tom n cheese well 2 bites in a my throat scratchy n I started to whizzing ( I was on oxygen at that time) so I stop eatting n n then hour or so later ate some mire n same thing so I took 2 bendryl n yes I took a great 3 hour nap l9l but my niece Saud to my sister do u have more basil n she said yes did think anything well next day we went over as 4th of july n they were making mire but I ate just cheese n tomatoes no problem then I ate a reg salad with Italian dressing n it happened again. well few says later at drs n told him he looked in my mouth n said it super red n loos like an allergic reaction n I was still very whizzing. he gave me rx n then had bold work done n sure enough basil allergy so I'm bonding if I'm just sensitive to ?? herbs orvwhat but no issues with cilantro n I love it
