Okay…but…on the chocolate dipping note… a chocolate fondue bar with this fudge as a dipping possibility would be amaaaazing

I just made Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge this year for my mother in law for Christmas. I put 2 cups of PB in a microwave safe bowl with 1 regular container of chocolate icing than microwaved for 1 minute, stir, another 45 seconds than stir well for a minute, put in a lined dish and refrigerate for a few hours. It was so good and I don’t really like PB.

I found another way to do it over the years, you melt a tub each of vanilla icing and peanut butter in the microwave until smooth and you can mix them together before putting them in either a greased pan, a pan with foil or both i guess and you can put it in the fridge to let it cool and set after a few minutes.
I wanted late night fudge and didnt have any other ingredients and found this. 😊

Peanut butter is my favorite fudge. I've made it with creamy peanut butter and chunky peanut butter, either works for me. But, the key is avoiding the natural peanut butter that separates as that won't work. Most recipes recommend Jif peanut butter, or some use Skippy. I used a store brand and it worked, too.

It’s amazing! I have a recipe for homemade peanut butter cups. They are AMAZING! Way better than store bought. If you’re interested in it, where can I send it?

My thought on it would be to just go full-throttle on it and just outright add chocolate chips to the peanut butter Fudge, but then again, I'm forever adding chocolate chips to my peanut butter cookie recipes, and whatnot. I also once added some Andes Candies Mint Chocolate Pieces to some Brownie batter as I was making it, and that came out, interesting. I was hoping for kind of a Mint Chocolate Chip kind of sensation with it, which is a favorite ice cream flavor of mine, or to maybe try and replicate a Thin Mints Girl Scout Cookie flavor from it which are also a personal favorite, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me on either count, and I don't know if I would ever try it that way again, I might at some point try a variation of a Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie with the Andes Mint Pieces instead of just plain chocolate chips, but I don't know.

I make peanut butter fudge myself, and the recipe is a bit different. Mine calls for vanilla extract, milk, regular sugar, peanut butter and marshmallow fluff, and that's it. You boil the milk and the sugar together to a certain degree on the candy thermometer, and then when it reaches that you mix in the peanut butter and marshmallow fluff and then spread it in your pan.

lol it’s too funny how some people have those types of comments.
Logic at times doesn’t seem to happen for some.
For me, I would prefer the peppermint fudge. Mainly bcuz for the Reese’s piece, I’ve never been fond of that candy mixture.
Which is weird, bcuz the cereal of it I can enjoy 😂🤷‍♀️

So I make fudge every year, but I do something different. I take the chips, chocolate, peanut butter, chocolate mint, cream cheese, cinnamon, and melt them with sweet and condensed milk on the stove top before I put it into molds. Found that online and have been doing it for 3 years now.
