A great alternative to the QBox is the Sound Bullet. A lot of engineers like one of the other and from what I've seen, broadcast audio engineers often prefer the QBox while live audio engineers prefer the Sound Bullet.
also a amazing mic stand brand is gravity they are just as nice as the K&M stands and come in a lot cheaper about £37 on thoman i would chose gravity anyday and i use K&M stands a lot

i reccomend the Sonnect Sound Bullet over the QBox. Cheaper, smaller, and does almost everything the QBox ( unavailable ! ) does and some things it does not. Also, the owner of the company offers kickass customer service. I can't imagine not using it on shows.
