When Tom described the flat mid-foot landing of the Triumph 22, I realized that's exactly what I experience in the Triumph 20,/21 which Tom likes. Strong evidence that the run experience of people in any given shoe can be vastly different.
Great review. Saucony has it's share of duds in this new triumph and the kinvara pro. They've made the T22 heavier, less versatile and not as fun. Btw, really like the tab that Nick shared with his paces. Would be helpful for the other testers so we can gauge how close e are to a reviewers given easy or race pace.
I think the Kinvara Pro is a great easy long run shoe. It has pretty much relegated my Triumph 21s to being a walking shoe. I find them more forgiving on my legs and are pretty much the smoothest rolling shoe I've ever had. I much prefer them for easy runs to the Speed 4 too. The Triumph 22 I can't comment on as I haven't tried them.

Please put up the testers pace from now on like Nick did!! That is a very nice addition to the video.
I’m a midfoot striker and I like the glycerin 21 because it’s more responsive the triumph 22 is now my long walk/run lazy day shoe
Wow nick is incredibly 💨 fast! 👏🙌
I chose the T22 over glycerin 21 , not disappointed at all. 13 miles in this week and I love them.
I chose Glycerin 21 over T22. Not disappointed at all too. Extremely stable and doesn't lie to you. Works very well at 4:30-5:30min/km pace.
T22 vs More v4 (Different drops, whats best for heel strikers). Thanks
I’m still struggling to understand why the Triumph is that heavy?!
The ST 22 sounds like a dud !
22 > 21. It’s just simple math
