I tried to convey this, but in case I botched it: what the singer is saying from 1:30 on is that even if she dies now, it won't stop her from having been born - She wishes she had never come into existence...
"hope" will forever be my favorite BGM from Umineko... but when I first heard the vocal version years ago, I didn't like it. Now, that the series is over, and I understand what it's saying, I think it does it perfect justice.
...and I really want an instrumental of this version. Really, it's a nice mix, even without the vocals.

When I first heard about Umineko, I dismissed it. Even though I'd already fallen in love with Higurashi, I was not interested in some story about rich people squabbling over stupid money matters, even amidst a potential cool mansion murder mystery.
I decided to finally just give it a go in September of 2023, since anytime it got brought up, it was always with praise.
I finished it a few weeks ago, January 2024. I'm still crying. I've never read anything like it. A masterpiece in every sense of the word.
