My mom was had a surgery, and when she got back home she needed to be maintained by machines and a doctor that would go there, help her do activities cus her waist down wasn’t working properly (just a temporary side effect of surgery). One day the medic (a woman) came home to treat my mom as usual, when I suddenly hear my mom scream “SON CAN YOU GET ME A GLASS OF WATER PLEASE??!” And of course I go and do that. As I enter her room, she’s got her legs spread, like 5 tubes into her 😾 and the doctor installing more tubes both into her 🐈 and into her legs through needles. Why she needed tubes up her 🐱? This episode was an interesting one for sure, and it got me thinking about it for a long while! So, in the comments I've seen three prevalent theories in regards to the symbolism: Masturbation, periods, and abortion. I'm gonna run through each. While the theory that Nia walked in on her mom jerking it is a decent theory, I'd say it's the least likely due to the more specific and violent elements in the video, as well as evidence suggesting something deeper than just self pleasure. The period theory is more likely, but as we see, Nia's mom is the one inflicting the bleeding on her "cat", rather than it happening naturally, and last time I checked, girls don't control their periods, so I'd also say the likelihood of this being a representation of Nia walking in on her mom's time of the month is low. Now, I think the most likely theory, the one I personally believe, and the one most backed by evidence, is the abortion theory. Of course, the cat symbolism is obvious, but notice how Nia's mom is stabbing her "cat" with a long dagger, supposedly until it dies, supporting the theme of taking a life. She's also holding it in place with her feet, potentially symbolizing the absolution of her decision, and the lack of choice the unborn victim, or anyone else, has in the matter. We can also see Nia herself standing idley in the doorway, almost as if she's observing these events. She's outlined with red, and her eye glows the same color, which could symbolize her hatred towards her mother for getting rid of her unborn sibling, as red is not only popularly symbolic of anger, rage, discontentment, and hate, but it's a color that has also been used in the past on this channel to presumably represent strong emotion. Further evidence to prove that Nia was greatly impacted by her mother's decision actually comes from a comment left by the creator themselves. "Is that really how it was?" This simple statement, to me, reflects feelings of condescension and belittling affirmation. As if the video itself depicts the events through Nia's eyes, and the comment is her mother's response to that recount. It's implied that Nia has a sister, as shown by "Little Sister", and "I miss you", which both nod to her existence, so I believe that such a hateful and disgusted reaction to her mom's decision is representative of her strong love for her only sibling, her hatred of the taking of such a young life, and the bygone opportunity for more love in Nia's already lacking life. That, and the implication that Nia's mom did the deed herself. There's evidence to prove this as well. Nia's mom is presumably at home on a comfy sofa. She kills her cat with a long dagger, but the pin in it's handle imply that it's a common kitchen knife. And the fact that Nia literally walks in on the event further proves that this happened in a less controlled environment, further cementing Nia's disgust of her mother's brutality. Though that could also be false. Overall, I think this animation is representative of Nia's mother having an abortion, which Nia had the displeasure of witnessing, and now hates her mother severely for. I think this theory is the most likely, but it's cool to see other people's takes on this as well. (I really hope the creator put "Allow all comments", because RUclips will definitely auto delete this seeing all the dirty words 😓)
Something that I also want to point out is what her mother is wearing. Fishnets and a bra usually symbolize prostitution, which can explain why the mother would make the decision she did.

Third, Mom is the representation of the trauma, it could have been caused by her mother or it is the representation of her evil because many animations give indications that Nya is a very evil person but she is not very aware of her actions, something similar to Johnny the maniac of Jhonen Vázques. In the worst case it is an amalgamation of the three postulated theories, if so Nya suffered a lot and her mother turned her into a monster, that is why Nya is evil since it is possible that her mother was some kind of cultist or witch and Nya was involved in all that, thus explaining the religious symbology and the monsters, she is afraid of things of an intimate nature and we are seeing that her mother caused her a strong trauma or because of cultism, her mother can contact her and He wants to force Nya to follow the legacy of the Silent Hill cult.
I really like it when Mr./Ms. Creator comments because it's the only times we get to "talk" with them, I'm still not sure if this is a telling of their life story or just a narrative but i believe this is about abortion, anyway, thank you so much for posting it helps us know that you are alive and we care so much about that, I hope you and or your character have a happy ending because you both deserve it.

I have always loved animals, when I was a child, my alcoholic father abused us and animals. he was especially cruel to cats. it gave him satisfaction. I often tried to protect cats from it and there are still traces of it on my body. and not only on the body. This episode was an interesting one for sure, and it got me thinking about it for a long while!
So, in the comments I've seen three prevalent theories in regards to the symbolism: Masturbation, periods, and abortion. I'm gonna run through each.
While the theory that Nia walked in on her mom jerking it is a decent theory, I'd say it's the least likely due to the more specific and violent elements in the video, as well as evidence suggesting something deeper than just self pleasure.
The period theory is more likely, but as we see, Nia's mom is the one inflicting the bleeding on her "cat", rather than it happening naturally, and last time I checked, girls don't control their periods, so I'd also say the likelihood of this being a representation of Nia walking in on her mom's time of the month is low.
Now, I think the most likely theory, the one I personally believe, and the one most backed by evidence, is the abortion theory. Of course, the cat symbolism is obvious, but notice how Nia's mom is stabbing her "cat" with a long dagger, supposedly until it dies, supporting the theme of taking a life. She's also holding it in place with her feet, potentially symbolizing the absolution of her decision, and the lack of choice the unborn victim, or anyone else, has in the matter. We can also see Nia herself standing idley in the doorway, almost as if she's observing these events. She's outlined with red, and her eye glows the same color, which could symbolize her hatred towards her mother for getting rid of her unborn sibling, as red is not only popularly symbolic of anger, rage, discontentment, and hate, but it's a color that has also been used in the past on this channel to presumably represent strong emotion. Further evidence to prove that Nia was greatly impacted by her mother's decision actually comes from a comment left by the creator themselves.

This simple statement, to me, reflects feelings of condescension and belittling affirmation. As if the video itself depicts the events through Nia's eyes, and the comment is her mother's response to that recount. It's implied that Nia has a sister, as shown by "Little Sister", and "I miss you", which both nod to her existence, so I believe that such a hateful and disgusted reaction to her mom's decision is representative of her strong love for her only sibling, her hatred of the taking of such a young life, and the bygone opportunity for more love in Nia's already lacking life. That, and the implication that Nia's mom did the deed herself.
There's evidence to prove this as well. Nia's mom is presumably at home on a comfy sofa. She kills her cat with a long dagger, but the pin in it's handle imply that it's a common kitchen knife. And the fact that Nia literally walks in on the event further proves that this happened in a less controlled environment, further cementing Nia's disgust of her mother's brutality. Though that could also be false.
Overall, I think this animation is representative of Nia's mother having an abortion, which Nia had the displeasure of witnessing, and now hates her mother severely for. I think this theory is the most likely, but it's cool to see other people's takes on this as well.
(I really hope the creator put "Allow all comments", because RUclips will definitely auto delete this seeing all the dirty words 😓)

1.- Her mother was doing acts of pleasure with herself, with another person or in the worst case her mother did ugly things to her that's why Nya is red, I think the third one is more obvious because you would understand why. He was filled with hatred and fear.
2.- She and her mother suffer from mental disorders and suffered a family life like Bubba Sawyer, that is, being part of a family of monsters and was forced to do terrible acts.
3.- Mama does not exist and is the representation of its primal evil.
I wouldn't see the first one as crazy because in several of the animations Nya is seen with a strong repudiation of all this or rather fear of things like that being done to her.
The second leaves me wondering if her family were like the Sawyers of Texas, Nya is an innocent girl who only obeys like Bubba or deep down she enjoys harming others.
Third, Mom is the representation of the trauma, it could have been caused by her mother or it is the representation of her evil because many animations give indications that Nya is a very evil person but she is not very aware of her actions, something similar to Johnny the maniac of Jhonen Vázques.
In the worst case it is an amalgamation of the three postulated theories, if so Nya suffered a lot and her mother turned her into a monster, that is why Nya is evil since it is possible that her mother was some kind of cultist or witch and Nya was involved in all that, thus explaining the religious symbology and the monsters, she is afraid of things of an intimate nature and we are seeing that her mother caused her a strong trauma or because of cultism, her mother can contact her and He wants to force Nya to follow the legacy of the Silent Hill cult.
