- Paul shows how he laces his shoes with one hand so that he is able to tie them himself. He does also have a pair of shoes with velcro, but his AFO brace fits best in his lace-up shoes so those are the ones he wears when he has his brace on. Watch this video to learn his lacing and tying tricks.
