Here in the EU, it comes with a CE sticker that claims that it is an EPAC according to EN 15194 with a top-speed of 25 Km/h.
Throttle is disabled and speed is limited to 25 Km/h by settings. So in 95% of all cases Police will be happy with it.
But if they look closely, they will find the missing reference to 250W . I'm risking it in Germany.
