This is the most accurate representation of Australian foods, good that an actual Aussie was there.
He said add water to milo he isnt aussie he is the equivilent of an Australian as an Mexican is to American "dreamers"
@@simonbrown285 he's still more aussie than you I reckon
@@simonbrown285 Dude, that was probably in reference to a hot Milo (or at least I'd hope so)
@@bilastravlog All this food is safer then the wet market he would be buying from 😂
So true dude, this guy is good
billy sounds like any aussie kid. "i think it needs a couple more scoops of milo" :)
You put like half the tin and a dab of milk
@Omar Melia Well yea but i did already do that before i watched that vid
@Omar Melia because I'm not a savage
Yep - love cold milk with heaped teaspoons of milo, then eat the milo off the top, add more milo, and so on, then the milk becomes really chocolatey and then drink the milk!!
Vegemite toast, weet bix, and milo for breakfast. Can't get more Aussie than that 😂😂
rotflol :-)
I actually just 5 seconds or so said the exact same thing aloud to myself. Pretty much word for word :-)
same
throw in some tim tams and you CAN get more Aussie
Yea and I often add uncle tobys oats to the rotation mainly in winter
and be really naughty and add cream on top of the weetbix!! YUM.
As an Australian adult. I am for sure still eating fairy bread at any given occasion!
I make a bee line for them at kids parties
I'm American and I've heard of vegemite.what is it? It doesn't look very good
@Nathan Bui
Is it the equivalent of butter. We don't have anything g comparable to what you're talking about
So am I, I used make fairy bread sandwiches for my school lunch..... best food ever, can’t go past fairy bread
Yes Walter!!! Finally someone representing Australia properly 🦾
Walter: They're not really for adults (fairy bread)
Me, having a flashback to my 18th birthday were everyone was drunk and downing fairy bread: well damn
Honestly, great birthday and I'm sorry I missed it ngl hah also? 18 is the first age where you're a kid and an adult... kidult
I know this channel is primarily for outsiders to see what Australian culture is like, but it's just as interesting to see how people outside of Australia react to our stuff.
Walter will be a great Aussie breakfast in the morning 😉
Bruh
Milo originated in Australia but is also sold in other countries tailored to local tastes.
At last. One of these "try Australian food" videos showed off a Tim-Tam Slam!
Vegemite all the way where my Aussies at!
Mia Singarella yeah Vegemite on toast in the morning with coffee 👌🇦🇺
Get your vegemite outa here. The inferior yeast extract spread.
G’day mate. As a Aussie I approved of this legendary vid. Got to go ride my kangaroo goodbye mate.
Let’s meet up, my pet koala got attacked by a drop bear so i need too stop by the servo, then we can have some shrimp on the barbie
@@bobathy5710 Lol you guys are really funny i liked this conversation.
By the way Pet coala , riding a kangroo and shrimp on barbie were legends 😁👌👍
DrippedDrop PRAWNS!!!!! THEY ARE CALLED PRAWNSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As an* Aussie. Sorry but that annoys me
@@sarah-janemccall562 they were joking 😂😂
I really enjoyed watching this video! As an Australian, when you got to the bit eating Timtams I had to go get one irl right away haha. We have an ad on TV here where a genie grants a wish for an endless packet of Timtams. They are that good!
Dude your reaction's are so funny , had to subscribe lol !
Walter
Wow~^^ I want to taste all too! Thanks for Upload today : )
When he said he couldn’t finish a whole packet of wagon wheel I was like......”oh same”
Talking about fairy bread "They're not really for adults"... I feel attacked lol
Great video billy 😍
That was really good. I am an Australian so I have eaten all of these and love them including vegemite on toast for brekky. Thank you Korean Billy and Walter
Weetbix with butter and vegemite or honey (I love them with honey AND vegemite together) as a snack (not with milk in a bowl obviously) . Good vid.
Great Video!!!
Oh~my love Walter ;) 😘
Walter: *brings out bread*
Billy: oh wow c:
Haha great vid
Omg I always had weetbix for my breakfast. My bestie is bring it for me to Korea next month, can't wait to have them again 😋😋
6:35 Walter! You have milk on your chin! Hahahah
Walter, when I was a kid in the sixties, Wagon Wheels came as one really large biscuit in an open ended printed bag, but it wasn't sickly sweet like they are now. We bought them from the corner store, as we also did with lollies - the shop keeper would ask you which ones you wanted and you chose from the array of open boxes and big jars that he had behind glass, popped them into a white paper bag and you handed over your coins.
My sister wanted a kids party themed birthday this year with a whole bunch of fairy bread... She's turning 25 😂
In Ghana they have Milo but we pronounce it like *mih-lo* and in England it’s Weet-a-bix
Weet-Bix is made by a different company. And they taste different to weetabix
Love billy eyes
Walter sounds like SKZ Felix lol i love it
"Grain Waves" first ad is both inspirational and HORRIFYING!
Cold milo with a bit of hot water in it to make the milo chunks disintegrate is best
Grain Waves is My Faaaavorite thing😲🥺♥️ and I love All of Arnott biscuit series, monte carlo Is the Best!:)
Jia Kimpear they are amazing right?
Kozzie TV absolutely! Hi Walter✋🏼I'm A big Fan of yours as well! 🤙🏼🤙🏼 cheers💕
I prefer delta creams and the raspberry ones, the only two vegan ones I think! Plus they're ace
Walter!!
You NEED to try musk sticks. You'll thank us Aussie for inventing them if you do.
We have weet bix in Korea
In Turkey we have a junk food as Wagon Wheels called like Halley(yes its name is insipired from the comet 😁) and it is really delicious 🧡👍👌
I have boon in Australia for 2 years+ but I have never tried some snack that Walter brought to this video. I enjoy to see them in the way Australian do tho. Thanks for sharing 🤣
some people have weetbix without milk & have it dry with butter and vegemite, cold milk and milo not hot is the best.
Water and Milo is a sin, you can NEVER change my mind.
My face when I did that out of milkless desperation: 😨🤢🤮
So yah
Here in the UK too we have weet-bix equivalent (weetabix), sunbites & wagon wheels xD
I've never done this before, but you're suposed to do a TimTam Slam with hot milk, so it all melts through, before shoving the whole, parly melted bicky in your mouth.
It's unAustralian not too!'
As an Australian this video made me hungry
I have Weetabix with Koko milk and sliced banana here in the UK.
2:49 how did walter know what he’d about to say.. haha
We always have fairy bread in every parties... 😅😅
What is Walter’s Asian root? He doesn’t resemble Korean, but I could be wrong. He looks a bit like mix Chinese and SE Asian.
@@hwiyangii9540 yeah just saw the recent vid. Born in Korea, adopted by Aussie parents.
I regret watching this before breakfast, I'm really hungry now
Yes wheetbix with butter and vegemite
He doesn't really have a British accent...he sounds like a guy forcing a received pronunciation... the guy with the Aussie accent actually has a legit Aussie accent though
Yes because he wasn't actually born not raised in England. He is from Korea, and lived in England for uni studies. For someone who has lived in England for only few years his accent is pretty good! The other guy has lived in Australia for a long time.
@@janemarie8589I don't mind people who don't have a perfect accent. In fact, I admire people who try to learn other languages. It's just that the whole selling point of his channel seems to be that he speaks British English and all the dialect videos will lead people who don't speak English that well to believe that that's what it sounds like...it's misleading
@@ameliajang Well, I mean personally I feel that Billy does a good job with doing UK accents. But you might think differently. I have lived all over, so for me I feel that he was able to portray those accents. The only one which is a little off, is the roadman one looool.
@@ameliajang When you're watching a native Korean speaker doing British accents, of course you have to take it with a grain of salt ... When you're not a native speaker and you want to sound like one, you obviously need to adopt a specific accent, and I think it's extremely difficult to pull that off to the point where it becomes indiscernible from a native speaker. Especially in casual conversation, when you're not focused on keeping your pronunciation in check, your normal accent tends to come through a bit.
However, I think he always does a great job at capturing the characteristics and quirks of the various accents that he introduces in his videos. And even if it wasn't that accurate, watching a native Korean who speaks English really well try out different accents would be admirable and have entertainment value in and of itself.
he is not a native speaker of the language, while the other one is really an australian... 😑
MILO on Weet-Bix? What... i'm aussie and never thought of that
no better topping mate, unless you add magic ice topping
I did that as a kid
@@camperhater1014 yass
Thankfully there's plant-based Milo now! Not for magic ice topping yet though
Oml vegemite. When I was younger, I made the mistake of putting too much on😭 After a few years tho, I decided to try it again and love it
More videos with Water pls!
What about the chip sandwich. I’m from SA. I don’t know if they have it anywhere else.
I'm surprised you never came across Weetabix in the UK. It's the same thing. And in the UK there is a yeast extract called Marmite, which is like Vegemite except stronger. I love Vegemite. Most Americans hate it, but as long as it's not too thick on the buttered toast it's great. It has a salty umami taste that's hard to bear. It also has some vitamins (B, I think) that are good for vegetarians and vegans, as they're mostly available from meat. Try it with your daily toast. You'll like it eventually.
Weetabix/Weet-bix originated in Austraila :)
Marmite is the most disgusting thing ever invented, on the other hand Vegemite is amazing.
I have seen the idiocy that is yanks trying Australian food and the main reason why they don't like things like milo (burn in hell ya bastards) and vegemite, is because they don't have an Aussie to show them the right way
Camper hater101 I mean you can’t really blame us for getting Vegemite wrong. We literally have nothing similar to compare it to. Most American toast condiments can be applied very thick and they’re still delicious.
The first time I ever tried Vegemite, I had Aussie supervision lol. I actually quite like it!
Weetbix and weetabix actually taste different
Milo & water 🙅🏼♂️, milo & milk 😁
Plant-based Milo and non-dairy milk yess 😁
You know. Nestle also sold Milo in Korea until early 90th.
Wow as a new Zealander we actually have this in New Zealand I ate fairy bread growing up okay -_-
yes walter i'm not the only one who eats vegemite by itself
great to know i'm not the only one
Tablespoon too? I do
In Scotland we have weetabix
I'm hungry now🤦♀️
😍😍😍
In England we have weet-a-bix
If you pop the cold milk and Milo under a milkshake maker..it's tops !! Tim tams.. you just bite them...
This is making me hungry I think I'll just go to woolys after this and get some shapes
It’s woolies but I see army so I won’t go too much grammar police 😂
Over 2 years ago but you can again :p salt and vinegar ones (pink box) are the best!
Hot water milos are only for camping
Or if you want suffering
Walter just cops a spoon full of vegemite after making the bread and I think even Australian felt that
Fairy bread is very similar to Dutch toast
Hahagreatvid
’Stralia!
Have you tried British marmite, Billy? It's similar to vegemite but just different enough.
South African one is improved British one
It's basically the same they just fixed the gooeyness
Billy is very pretty ahaha
in the uk we have weetabix LMAOOO so ik the taste :)
Walter! You look like a movie star. I love you and yes I am a guy.
Coming ou.....
How do you right "aussies" in hangul
I can only eat vegimite on TOAST with loads of butter and barely any vegimite... Or on Saos with cheese and margarine!
I’m Australian and I never find anyone else who likes eating Vegemite from the spoon like me as well as on bread
I do 🙋🏻♀️
Tim Tam slams are best done with port.
What kind of madman calls Chicken Crimpy - "Original" D:
Me as a 21 year old who eats fairy bread for lunch 😅😅😅
