When I was an athlete (jockey) I could exercise for so many hours a day and spend so much time in the gym and my body was very powerful. Now with my disability I can’t go to the gym at all and everything is very weak all round so I have to be very careful with it and plan my limited energy consumption carefully so I can make it through a week or even a day. Life is different now, it’s not about giving up on your dreams, just finding different ones ✨
I went from studying Physics at university to being a pre professional ballet dancer (apprentice). quite a change, but the best thing I could have ever done 😊
I think I've changed a good bit from when I was younger. Right now (earlier today, tomorrow, and Saturday), I'm performing and I realized I was SO much more relaxed than I was in previous years, 👍👍

This video was very philosophical, especially at the end! In your stage of life, one gets so many new experiences, and learns so much that each year is very distinct from the previous year. You have a correct attitude towards life. I guess that's a matter of opinion, but being able to adapt is essential to thriving in a new environment, or under different circumstances in the same environment. Don't worry if the thriving doesn't occur right away because adapting is usually not accomplished right away. Thank you for recommending the Andy Murray autobiography. One of the best (not just sports) autobiographies I have ever read is by another tennis player named Andre Agassi. You probably don't remember him because I think he retired when you were a small child, but his autobiography is full of philosophy that he discovered throughout his life. He married the ladies' tennis superstar Steffi Graf, who was a humble and shy sweetheart. Both of them had very pushy sports dads, who were very difficult to deal with. They live quietly with their two kids, and they do charity fundraisers, but they are mostly interested in a quiet life and helping people. Andre attended one of those exploitative tennis academies as a teenager so he feels he was basically completely uneducated. Love to seeing you dance in the white leotard and speak about dreaming bag and making changes that’s fabulous also don’t eat rice rice is a carbohydrate and it’s just a lost it doesn’t have any it’s just turns to sugar so that’s another thing I used to eat a lot of rice a lot of pasta a lot of bread and a lot of oatmeal and a lot of gluten and I don’t anymore and I’m so glad I have better energy and a better life and better your body the immune system in the healing system for your heart your body is is dependent upon the nutrition you eat and if you’re eating a lot of gluten in rice and stuff it’s it’s not good anyway mama hair mama hair just giving you a little bit of info I wish somebody would’ve told me earlier I probably wouldn’t have listened but maybe eventually it’ll thinking lol 🤩👍🤍🌈🇬🇧
I half agree with your comment. TBH the way you wrote confuses me somewhat so if I misunderstood, my apologies. I'm writing this based on what I remember from my science and health class which was a few years ago. Yes, too much of any type of food is unhealthy but I wouldn't go as far as to say to cut out one food group completely. Moderation is key in my opinion and everyone's diet is different as everybody has different nutritional needs. Carbs have two categories simple and complex. Simple carbs are simple sugars that can be found in candy, white sugar(sucrose), fruits (fructose and glucose), and milk (lactose). The body processes break down the bonds and release the sugars quickly into the bloodstream. The quick release of sugar is what causes a sugar spike(and crash) which is the reason why the amount of pure sugar should be controlled. In terms of fruit, some have a high amount of sugar but those also contain vitamins and other nutrients so it's all about balance. Complex carbs are also known as starches and as the name implies take longer to break down. Complex carbs are "better" than simple carbs for this reason as they provide a slower release of energy. Rice and pasta are examples of starches. Too much of a starch can be detrimental to onces health if the body can't burn off the food and thus it gets stored in the body as fat. It's good to have some fat in the body but again, not in excess as that puts strain on our systems. With how active Hannah is as a dancer she could eat more carbs(and food in general) than a person with a desk job as she uses up more energy/calories than them on a daily basis. I don't know Hannah personally but I believe she knows her body's needs as she listens to what it tells her and thus eats what her body is asking for. Could she be eating too much of something or deficient in something? Yes but hopefully she isn't and good form. Just to clarify, oatmeal isn't a carb but a grain, and in its natural form doesn't contain gluten. Rice also is naturally gluten-free. Gluten is a type of protein that acts as a binder, (it actually is the Latin word for "glue") and is what gives the "stretchy" texture. Gluten is found in certain grains such as wheat, rye, and barley but can also be found in unsuspecting items such as sauces, fried foods, lotions, makeup, and other goods. I'm glad to hear you're feeling better by altering your diet. I relate with you on this as a few years ago I had to change my diet after being tested for new allergies. Learned I had developed more allergies including wheat. Most places have a hard time grasping the concept of a wheat allergy; as in they don't know what is made from wheat so to make it easy I just say I'm gluten-free. I basically tell people if it's made with flour then I probably can't have it. In cutting out the allergen I stop being in such a "fog" state. As I'm on a somewhat gluten-free diet, rice is my main carbohydrate. There are GF pasta and bread but they're more expensive and there's less of the food in the package than the regular food (the reason why they became treats). Also, some processed GF foods have higher sugar and salt content than regular. I have rice for almost every meal if not then at least once a day. As I mention in the first paragraph, I just moderate how much rice I eat. Usually, I eat 1/2 to 1 cup of rice per meal. Last year I decided to reduce/limit my intake of processed or refined sugars which gave me a boost of energy. Sugar in my coffee is the only constant pure/straight refined sugar I have daily but I manage to reduce it to 1tsp (2tsp if it's bad coffee). I do have other refined sugars in a day but they are mixed with other ingredients: such as a small dessert (like a piece of chocolate) to signal the end of a meal. I had decided to reduce processed sugar since I wanted to have more energy and be healthier which happened. Two unexpected/unplanned but welcomed results were I lost weight and my skin cleared up even more. To anyone who reads this, listen to your body (and doctor). Find what works for you. Your body is unique and thus has its own needs. All I have to say is moderation and balance are key. Eat the right proportions for you. Eat healthy to live long but also treat yourself as life is too short. Listen to what your body is telling you.
yeah pasta is garbage , but brown rice is full of vitamins what are you eating now?what's your daily diet? Also,what the other commenter said , a lot of it is up to the individual , we all have unique bodies,some can go full vegan and be healthy , others need more animal products etc...there is no one size fits all diet

No matter what it is, if they know Jesus like we do then whatever works for them in their life Jesus will guide them to. I love your authenticity… I was horrified to see that you have the cordless earphones I wore them to but my business partner found out that they caused cancer and are very dangerous they met a frequency that literally fried your brain so get the court kind do not put those in your ears ever 😫🥵⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️🔥🔥🔥🔥🆘🆘🆘🛑🛑🛑 yeah the thing is that gluten turns straight to sugar and has no nutritional value so if you’re eating a bunch of bread what you really need is protein vegetables and fruit you’ve got the fruit there but it’s minimal what you’re mostly eating there is gluten and it’s really not you are what you eat and that took me a long time I used to love my oatmeal but at 61 you kind of mature up and you grow up and you discipline yourself I know now when I eat the right thing I feel good and it’s worth it when you get to be my age you let go of childish things… your backward split is simply amazing we didn’t do that back in the day as a ballet dancers just straight on the floor was as far as it really went I remember as a 50 year old taking a class with some really young girls and they said oh we got to do our splits and they put a block under the back of my leg I didn’t really go down very far lol oh well 😝🙏🤍🌈
Do you mean wireless earphones? Do you know where your business partner heard wireless earphones cause cancer? I haven't heard about this at all and if true would like to read more about this research and tell my family and acquaintances if true. I know earphones of any kind can damage your hearing if one is not careful about the volume level as any loud noise affects hearing. Wireless things do emit electromagnetic frequency and slight radiation however last I heard the levels showed no significant threat. In fact, if I recall, Bluetooth emitted less radiation than cell phones. To be fair, we're pretty much always bombarded with radiation both from natural (like the sun)and artificial sources(electronics). Also, there are different types of radiation with varying degrees of damage. I already commented on food but gluten doesn't turn into sugar. You're right though in saying sugar doesn't have any nutritional value. It's a source for the body to burn for energy though. I assume Hannah is eating well and we just don't see everything because she doesn't film/post everything as she is busy being a dancer first. At least that's what I hope.
