Good question! Deliberately didn’t add a filter to the piano when the 808 comes in as I could see the low end was playing at that point. Wouldn’t normally do this if I wanted the mix to be as clean as possible but it’s not necessarily always a bad thing to have some minor clashing if you want more of a gritty final mix.

Wouldn’t normally do this if I wanted the mix to be as clean as possible but it’s not necessarily always a bad thing to have some minor clashing if you want more of a gritty final mix.
