When I went to buy my tickets for the show like I do every year my jaw dropped when I saw Emily on the front page. Me and my nephew are so excited!

I always want to be there, but living across the Atlantic, makes it a bit of a challange😅. Plane tickets from the Netherlands to America are expensive...unfortunatly. I hope that you all have a great time there and I will be wachting the video as soon as it comes out. Much love😘

If you guys are in Sac early, on 4/20 UC Davis has their Picnic Day event! There are a lot of events that happen like doxie derby, the parade and the entomology exhibit

Please check out Evangeline’s Costume Mansion in Old Sac while you’re here, you will have such a great time. There is so much good food, I don’t even know where to start. I love Midtown Cantina Alley. Super fun, delicious, unique Mexican food, and you can get a cocktail in a watermelon. 🍉🍹

Might? That's such an easy drive, just leave early and do it on Saturday, that way you won't be caught in the Sunday traffic, which is a nightmare on either 80 to
680 to 24 (less traffic in my experience than 80 all the way) or the 5 S to the cut off.
oh man I was just up in Sacramento last weekend, I wish I could go back and meet y'all. If you need a good pet friendly hotel Residence Inn off Gateway Oaks is super nice and not high traffic.
You should go herping in Northern California! It's very different from SoCal

I don't know if flashing lights are the best idea. Granted most people will not be triggered into seizures from flashing lights, but some could be. Light-up items would probably be fine as long as they were solid lights or slow flashing but fast flashing is a risk for certain epileptics. And if they attend the show not expecting the flashing lights, that could land some liability on Snake Discovery for inciting the onset of seizures for someone. Maybe, at least, check with the people/organization(s) hosting the show to make sure flashing lights are okay, as they'd also be held legally responsible if someone were injured or incurred medical bills as a result of the flashing lights.
It's me the photosensitive person who goes blind and will get a migraine from these lights. . Hopefully they'll offer a pin instead of a medallion. I got nauseous just from the flashing lights of the medallion in this video and that's just really tiny on my phone screen. Light up things are fun but hopefully they'll consider slow blinking/glow options in the future so everyone can enjoy it together.
@@shadowdio I believe I'm pm them a screenshot of my comment and your reply to make sure they actually see it. With so many subscribers and videos, I'm sure they're getting tons of notifications and likely won't see this one otherwise. I also get migraines but, thankfully, flashing lights are not triggers for me.

Went to the show today in Dallas, was super fun! I know the drive from Dallas to CA is not super fun. I do it in 2 days, stopping in Flagstaff, AZ for the night and ending in the San Fran Bay Area the next day. I-40 is the way to go, I-20 is alright, I just don't like going through El Paso. I hope your stay in Dallas is great and you eat some delish foods!
Oh my gosh I just bought tickets on a whim when I saw this!! We live about 2.5 hours north of Sacramento but I grew up in Iowa so wanted to go to the snake discovery home base the next time we visit the Midwest.. but this is perfect!! My 5 year old son and I love snake discovery and his birthday is the 28th so I'm going to surprise him with this!! We REALLY want a hognose of our own so I hope you guys have some up for adoption! Or for sale if we can afford it 😅😂 so excited!!
