Right, and its time to post my second comment, primarily to give some background on that black metal part. There was apparently a noticeably large presence of neo-nazis within the black metal subgenre; up to the point where there's a Wikipedia article about it. The lyrics are exactly what you would imagine, with racism and a hatred of specific religions being common themes. Since metal was predominantly listened by more rebellious types around that time, then it would be reasonable to assume that this group acted as a record company for these types of black metal bands as a means of radicalizing youth.
Because metal was, and still is, tied pretty closely to punk and counter-culture movements, you can imagine that a lot of metal fans didn't take kindly to this. Many metal fans refuse to see "national socialist black metal" as an actual sub-genre; many started using slogans similar to "Nazi Punks Fuck Off" as a means of combatting the music; and so on.
