Man, throughout my 2 week phase we literally just got damage working in multiplayer. I really wonder what it was like discovering minecraft as the biggest game there is rather than the earliest voxel sandbox prototype after this small mining game.
I have one of these short Minecraft phases every couple of years. This time I’ve adjusted my playstyle to focus on the experience rather than the goals, hoping to avoid that downfall. Just exploring the world and building nice, small houses. It’s been really nice so far.
I’d say this video would really benefit if you slowed down a little. Like having gaps for the “phases” to establish themselves. That can add more weight to an admittedly sad thing that happens at the end.
Small tip (not sure if it's the style you're going for though) - don't remove silence ever, just shorten it. Don't shorten it to the same lenghts everytime as well, reduce it by a fraction (like halfing every bit of silence ijn lenght). It does sound really off sometimes because words inside a phrase are further apart than phrases themselves.
Thanks for the advice I will try and make the voice overs better for each video I think for my second attempt at it though I’ve done pretty well but there is definitely room for improvement
Another game that provides similiar feelings (tho is single player) that I would recommend is elden ring, the beautiful vibrant world, the joy of jousting matches with other horseback enemies, the relaxing journeys and the accomplishment and adrenaline after beating a difficult boss Which reminds be,sonic frontiers is another great game to try, whilst far from perfect and mostly easy as piss the boss fight r still amazing and as ott as mgr and dmc if not more with an amazing soundtrack
That's a really good story but not everybody's. I enjoy playing the older versions b1.6.6 and b1.7.3 "the golden age" of minecraft now, and still have as much fun as I did when it came out in 09. It's all about perspective and what you want out of the game, I play that version because to me it was a completely different game, minecraft was enjoyable back then and had a different type of nostalgia, was also more difficult in a way, And they also have old mods like herobrine still., Mods also hit different back then. Now your point is also true, people don't want to continue the game after the story and everything is accomplished. Well I'll just say this and leave, you didn't have to worry about that back then. I recommend loading up old Minecraft servers in beta and just explore around the empty server, you can also play with friends although alittle hard to do. Its definitely a different type of nostalgia exploring old minecraft version servers.
I mean I started playing in 2011 so I’m aware of what it was like at the start, I must admit though your experience isn’t what I was trying to say in the video I was talking about when you and your friends make a world together
@@Acey101 Ahhh I see, personally I would just jump on a server on xbox360 back then and whatever online friends I made, wasn't very social back then. But I can understand that reason.
@@Acey101 I would agree, I personally had the most fun on it back then, always excited about the new updates, tbh playing online 360 back in the hayday was fun af now that I remember, I was still 12 or 13, my old user was CRAZYCREEP64 , I was obsessed with the game in those days, good times! All grown up but still always drawn back to the feeling I had with the game whenever I look for a new game, continually searching for a new game with that same charm with no avail. I'm excited about this new voxel game by 4j called "Reforj" coming out next year, still probably won't hit the same but I've learned that my favorite category is open world voxel/crafting rpg type game. Just very satisfying building/hunting/gathering especially after smoking. xD

@@mildlymarvelous I’m glad man hopefully it stays like that for you
I only have like 2 friends who play Minecraft regularly. All my other ones are ones I play specific games with or irl friends.
If that works you though then fair enough
alternate last phase: Kreative mode.
very true
The only reason i knew this was a small creators video is the MIC, otherwise this is amazing!!!
Thanks man I really appreciate it means a lot
The lack of 3rd person camera 4th wall breaking was the only way I knew it was a small creator
@ I’m trying to improve so one day hopefully I won’t be a small creator
@@Acey101 keep it up man, you're on the right track!
Superb editing in this one. Great vid man
Thanks man I hope you like my new style of videos, I’m spending more time on them to make them better

I think so too I’m trying to work on my voice over for the next video
voiceover is a bit choppy but it’s only my second attempt at a video like this in my defence :)

What is your obsession with me playing elden ring 😂
@Acey101 it's peak, ascends you to the 5th dimension and some of the lore is so genuinely ridiculous it's funny, plus it has a banging soundtrack
Tbh I'm kinda just like this with every game, though Minecraft isn't an exception
Fair enough each to there own
@3:29 It would be pretty awesome if Minecraft had weathering like that in-game.
It would be very cool tbf

@ Minecraft on the 360 was the best though out of any versus that I’ve played

Except the mic this video is brilliant and the idea behind it is unique too, really liked it.
Thank you I willl try y try o improve the quality of the voice over in thx next video
If you're gonna put a disclaimer at the start of the video saying you don't own any clips you should probably say where you got them from
youtube
What are you saying at 1:14? You talk way too fast there 😂
I have no idea I realised that the voice over wasn’t great but I’m working on improving it in my next video
the best way to go is to never start playing and focus on real world achievements
If you’re unable to do both then yes please focus on life beyond games
If you never start yes you will be able to achieve stuff irl but you also might really enjoy it
Life should always be first but nothing wrong with games being a priority as well it’s good to unwind sometimes
ehh life's too over played 🤣
Like beating malenia, blade of miquella (she has never known defeat)
