After installing the Vance and Hines on my Navi it’s now running lean. Idk if I installed it wrong. Didnt use the washers or the damper because I didnt see anyone use it on their install. Rides but kind of chugs and will eventually stall. Any ideas?
Nope. It is designed to work with the absolutely stock bike. Re-jetting is required when you start messing with the fuel/air mixture; like when installing an aftermarket intake.
We did not. The efi bung would be to add an oxygen sensor, this can help with tuning or if you have a fuel injection motorcycle you would need to add the oxygen sensor. If you are concerned you can always buy one with an efi bung and cap it, we had no plans to convert to fuel injection so did not see the need.
@@MakingaBigRuckus I ordered my hot lap march 27th and I heard it was better to have the efi bung just in case tho i tried to find some information on what it was for but this explanation helps a lot. I actually plan on doing the carb kit upgrade in the future so this works out. Thanks for the help
On your list can you Please include your top speed , no wind , level road To day mine has 400 miles and with a stiff wind pushing me I hit a top speed of 90 klms ( 55.92 miles) Canada uses klms . I am stock now but have the mallossi variator will install after break-in.
"Let's get some noise from this thing!" Is going to be what I say before each ride now, ✌️😅 Great video!
I appreciate you Thrill Mouse! Total selfish moment to say I’m a big fan of your videos, thank you for the encouragement!

Great content brotha. Do you know the header size of the stock exhaust or the hotlap?
I unfortunately do not know the size of the stock vs hotlap. I’ll see if I can find out.
what tools are needed for this install? I didn't catch it if you mentioned it in the video.
Would the carb need to be tuned/jetted if I install this exhaust?
Nope. It is designed to work with the absolutely stock bike. Re-jetting is required when you start messing with the fuel/air mixture; like when installing an aftermarket intake.
I found out from somewhere, the stock exhaust system weighs something like 14lbs.
Did you guys get the efi bung extra? If so what exactly does it do?
We did not. The efi bung would be to add an oxygen sensor, this can help with tuning or if you have a fuel injection motorcycle you would need to add the oxygen sensor. Still doing more testing, hope to have a video out soon to discuss
