Thanks for showing the methods the common man can use, who can't afford expensive tools.

You're very welcome and I want to say thank you for watching the video and your comments well. Like I said in the video though, what I showed you was just a good backyard home garage method of doing an alignment without the expensive equipment. But it can't replace that expensive equipment

The problem with doing this in your own garage is that you're only going to get. So far you're only going to get so accurate, so this is just a good way to keep from like killing the tires that are on the vehicle and absolutely just demolishing them. You know while you're driving but again thank you

Did you videos on rebuilding the D150's front suspension? I'm curious to know what method you used to clean off the greasy sludge.

Hey, thank you very much for watching the video and thank you for your comment. As for how to get the grease and sludge off of the suspension parts like the control arms and the steering knuckle spindle assembly. What I used was very simple. I used a combination of WD-40 and PB blaster to loosen up the dirt and the grit, I also used a series of brushes wire brush. Also, old toothbrushes and I also used brake parts cleaner and also used a little bit of gasoline also used a gasket scraper to remove the larger chunks from the straighter flatter areas of these parts I did not think of it at the time but what would have been really effective and really inexpensive is to use oven cleaner very effective. I've used it before on a lot of really greasy engine parts with heavy deposits and like I said before, thank you very much. If you have any further questions feel free to ask

That sounds similar to what I did on the left side suspension of my 73 Dart. It was a ton of work and I dread doing the right side next. You made me think of a mixture of transmission fluid and one other component, I think it's lacquer thinner. Others have recommended that to loosen up the crud. I made a homemade hot tank using drain cleaner and water. That worked pretty good too.
