Seriously though, what a charming, entertaining cast. The Newsroom ended waaaaay too soon.

Loved this series and was totally hooked from the first scene. Gutted when it finished so soon.

I first saw Sam Waterston on the BBC miniseries Oppenheimer. It gave me great respect for him as an actor. He has never done anything to diminish that respect. Also, it is obvious that Sorkin, and the actors from Newsroom have great respect and comradery with each other.

I wish they could reprise the Newsroom. One of my favorite series. Trump administration has given decades of material the show would end after I do.

I loved sam so much on the show that when he died i mourned and forgot he wasn't dead in real life. I had to google it years later to find out he's still kicking

I first saw Sam Watertson on the PBS series Oppenheimer. It totally sold me on him as an actor. It's on RUclips, and totally worth the 6hrs you will spend watching it.

Sam Waterston is quite an amazing actor & quite sexy too. From his GREAT GATSBY to I'll Fly Away to THE MAN IN THE MOON to LAW & ORDER--he seems tremendous as a human being as well.

He could have said anything there and you would have clapped like a sycophant seal.

Reminds me of the Late Chicago Newscaster... the Late Fahey Flynn, who did the News on ABC 7 (WLS), & CBS 2 (WBBM) when he did that Cable Series & Wore the Bow Tie.

Piers is the exact opposite of the ideals the show tried to convey. He is a waste of air

I imagine that the whole cast had a hard time trying to remember those large lines in the script but most of all, Sam and Jeff who had larger lines than the rest
