I use to suffer from extreme social anxiety and depression. I deleted all my social media accounts (except youtube) and i gave my life to the Lord Jesus Christ. I have not had any mental episodes since, and all my anxiety and depression has completely vanished. God spoke everything into existence with the Word. He is a man of his word and i will follow his word for all of my days. He completely changed my character from being self destructive and hateful to Loving everyone and everything around me.
