So 4060 is great little card if you are fine with keeping the settings under 8gb. Honestly didnt expect much more in this market for 300 usd. Nvidia is in a position where they dont have to bother to do much more than that.

temps differ between GPU models. even if the 4060 is energy efficient if the cooling solution sucks it can have high temps. in short, MSI's cooling is to be blamed here.
DLSS is a lazy way for Nvidia to cheap out on hardware and not focus on increasing raster performance. Just look at the difference between the 30 series and 20 series. The 3060 ti is able to compete with the 2080 ti. While the 4060 ti can barely outperform the 3060 ti.
The 4060 is faster while sipping 60W less. That's pretty cool
but less 4gb VRAM so that card won't age well nowadays games
