@@awokeone7997Polymer grips are inferior for numerous reasons (quality of materials standpoint, durability, and comfort to name a few). Akai and Limcat only use metal grips…even Nighthawk and Atlas do as well.
Congrats! I found a used one at a local gun shop five years ago. Got to use it a few times and then the plandemic hit, so I've put competing on the back burner for a while. I've had a couple of fellow competitors try it out, they were extremely impressed. Have you shot it yet?
They are currently not doing real custom anymore. That said, you get almost exactly the same performance with Atlas as they are also hand fitted same with SVI. STI is not hand fitted.
Whats your opinion on the drop system they are doing? I respect they are trying to manage their lead times but any thoughts on if they will go back to custom? Also that Piece is awesome dude congrats!

I wanted the XC but at $4300 before tax I figured I might as well just save a little more for a custom 🤷♂️. Yours is beyond gorgeous. I would have that thing surgically sewn to my hand/wrist somehow hahaa. I wasn't even in the market really for a new pistol but I have always wanted one of these and it just came home with me. Are those infinity considered a race gun or competition or is it just a collector piece and you just shoot it and admire it and enjoy having one of the best pistols you can own?
What surprised me the most is the fortune cookies. Cannot wait for this design to be one of the drops, can you please suggest it to SVI The level of details they did for their pistols is unmatched. Considering Atlas actually sell for very similar prices nowadays, makes Infinity seems like a great bargain.
WoW!!!...simply gorgeous lines and superior quality. They go 100,000 to 200,00 rounds. Barrels 50,000 t0 100,000 rounds. One INFINITY had 10,000 rounds. And the interior parts looked brand new. The craftsmanship and quality is incredible. It is the BUGATTI of handguns. Now they run $8,500.00 & uP. Peace
At the begging of this year I was ready to put down my deposit then the unfortunate news where infinity no longer does full customs…. I cried bc I have xc and Erebus. Now where do I go from here. An custom infinity was next
@@Sausketo the infinity experience is returning 2025. The infinity experience is where you go to the facility and they show you how to work on the gun and you get time to shoot on their range with some of their pro shooters
I just looked on the website and they have a model coming or maybe already out idk and it’s called sexy red. I’m surprised they went with a name like that the name makes me not want it and tbh no DS 1911 is worth more then 4500-5500

I remember when I picked up a C2 with just irons & it was so easy to shoot good right out of the box.

Cheryn’s 2011s use a polymer grip module (sti gen1)…that alone disqualifies them from comparison.
