PERFECTION! I know I already commented a lil while back but I saw this video again and had to watch! I cannot wait till I get to order one of these. I have been going through tons of pictures of these and designing my own and will continue until I get it down perfect. The one they have on their website called “Calvin’s cherry” is one of my favorites and it is 14,000 so yeah! Thanks again and congratulations brother!

Wow congratulations that is one beautiful pistol. Enjoy it!! I just got into 2011’s a few months ago and realize how well I shoot them compared to striker fired pistols. The hype is real!!
I remember when I picked up a C2 with just irons & it was so easy to shoot good right out of the box.

Congrats! I found a used one at a local gun shop five years ago. Got to use it a few times and then the plandemic hit, so I've put competing on the back burner for a while. I've had a couple of fellow competitors try it out, they were extremely impressed. Have you shot it yet?

@@jrobinson5661 I haven’t gotten any pics or updates since they called to tell me they were starting the build. It’s been a year today.
I did not get a call that my build started, just an email with pics of the custom slide serrations.
@@jrobinson5661 I don’t want to bug them but I might call them today or tomorrow. They quoted me 10-12 months. I’m not sweating the time but I’m kind of curious. Everyone seems to be a month or two late.
Might sell my M110 Enhanced deployment kit for one of these.🤔
My only concern would be that it’s so nice you would feel bad about using it like a tool like you would a staccato

Cheryn’s 2011s use a polymer grip module (sti gen1)…that alone disqualifies them from comparison.
@@jrobinson5661why would it disqualify it? Both are close in weight, hand built to tight tolerance and both comp/ported?
@@awokeone7997Polymer grips are inferior for numerous reasons (quality of materials standpoint, durability, and comfort to name a few). Akai and Limcat only use metal grips…even Nighthawk and Atlas do as well.

Whats your opinion on the drop system they are doing? I respect they are trying to manage their lead times but any thoughts on if they will go back to custom? Also that Piece is awesome dude congrats!
I pray the full customs come back but I understand the drop system and it def cuts down on the wait time. Time will tell
@9mmslinger929 for sure, I agree with your sentiment on Infinity, once you break the 4K mark I think there are very few companies worth the look.

They are currently not doing real custom anymore. That said, you get almost exactly the same performance with Atlas as they are also hand fitted same with SVI. STI is not hand fitted.

WoW!!!...simply gorgeous lines and superior quality. They go 100,000 to 200,00 rounds. Barrels 50,000 t0 100,000 rounds. One INFINITY had 10,000 rounds. And the interior parts looked brand new. The craftsmanship and quality is incredible. It is the BUGATTI of handguns. Now they run $8,500.00 & uP. Peace
I just looked on the website and they have a model coming or maybe already out idk and it’s called sexy red. I’m surprised they went with a name like that the name makes me not want it and tbh no DS 1911 is worth more then 4500-5500
