A balanced diet is necessary for supporting both the health of the mother and the development of the fetus, but if something has gone wrong during the fertilization process and cell division, no diet could prevent a miscarriage! Poor diet does not cause a miscarriage, it actually causes more harm to the mother than to the baby, since nature is very intelligent and manages to give what the developing baby needs by extracting it from the mother. I personally had a perfect diet during my two pregnancies: lots of berries, fruit, veggies like kale and carrots, organic salmon twice per week, nuts, eggs, cottage cheese, lean meat, lentils, etc, but both pregnancies ended in a missed miscarriage. So, if you have had a miscarriage, it didn't happen because of your diet. There was nothing you could have done to prevent it!
Hi Iva! Thank you for sharing your story and I am so sorry that you have had to endure such heart breaking circumstances 😔 I understand that diet is not a direct cause of a miscarriage. However, for some women following the advice I have shared in this video, it may lower the risk of miscarrying.
Don't just take everything you hear make your own research n know your own body we all need to listen to our bodies they do tell us we just need to listen
Thanks dear but is drinking already made fruit juice from supermarket good for pregnant women? And please what type of cheese should we avoid? Is it only hard cheese which is good for pregnancy?
Fruit juice is only recommended if you're underweight or not keeping down much due to severe nausea. See my video on cheese ruclips.net/video/r0QtA5ekX4s/видео.html
milk, fresh OJ, couple of eggs, beef, oysters, beef liver, and gelatin and one raw carrot per day to lower estrogen and endotoxin in the gut. Low fat (tropical) fish on occasion. You're welcome.
Thank you for sharing your input Sanjay. Each woman's pregnancy journey is unique, however as health care professional, I must share the most relevant research which indicates butter consumption should avoided or reduced.
you need to eat SUGAR to have high energy cells and successful pregnancy and a healthy baby. Sugar is the highest macro nutrient in breast milk. Stop listening to propaganda.
It is safe to eat ripe papaya during pregnancy. And while there’s very little evidence to say unripe papaya is unsafe for pregnant women, it might be best to avoid it.
There’s no research to explain that yet. Only large population studies have been done, but my guess would be that it’s because it’s so high in saturated fat - but that’s just a guess. It doesn’t mean you have to avoid it altogether, just keep your intake as small as possible.
Generally, animal milk has many more vitamins, minerals and protein that can support a healthy pregnancy. If you are able to tolerate cow's milk, I would recommend this option :)
@@NourishwithMelanie thank you for your response. I have loved cows milk, but since I found I'm pregnant they say milk is not good and I have stopped drinking it. I should start again 🥰🥰🥰
No, cow's milk is not good for pregnancy. Cows are given estrogen and are made to be pregnant 9months out of the year. We ingest that estrogen through milk and it makes us hormonally imbalanced, too much estrogen causes miscarriage. Hence why woman are sometimes prescribed progesterone to help prevent miscarriage. Most of what is said in this video is highly dangerous. Random statistics pulled from around the world is not enough to justify broad spectrum advice. Read Dr Neal Barnard on fertility.

poor diet that leads to high PUFA and estrogen will in fact cause a miscarriage.

It is true that raw papaya or green papaya can cause miscarriage?

Why does butter cause an increase in miscarriages? Is it all butter or just unpasteurized butter? I thought pasteurized butter is safe.

it doesn't. Unsaturated fats do however, and estrogen.

Eating pomegranate cause miscarriage during first trimester?
Not if you're just having a couple of pomegranates per week. I wouldn't recommend juices or large doses though.
@@NourishwithMelanie I think pomegranate is good choose on the bottle not on plastic containers
Where are these statistics coming from? I don’t think it’s right to be feeding vulnerable women information without a source
