I just found out I had diabetes. I decided to start doing excercise. I found your videos. I started following and wow, my blood sugar started normalizing. Their easy but very much joint friendly since i also have an issue with my ankle.
Thank you!! Newly Dx with Diabetes and was looking for a workout routine. This is a great way to start. I have had two back operations and had to learn to walk again. I still have severe nerve damage on my lower right side, because of that damage I’m literally unable to do steps without railings on both side to help pull myself up..I can’t jump nor run. It’s not possible and never will be again. This video is perfect,I can do everything without issue. I’ll be making this my every morning routine.. and hope to find more to add. I appreciate you.
