imo the most terrifying devour attack is the one from the dromi, thought it would never stop chasing me first time I fought it, ran out of stamina dashing away. Nuada is second most terrifying, I tend to dash the fuck away when he starts

I remember fighting this guy and when everytime he uses devour attack sometimes he's doesn't goes after u but goes after your party friend or A.I. member, and your like "god damnit well here he comes with a level burst"
Perfect guarding him with a buckler isn't that hard. Also, on the rank 7 mission where you fight him and the fallen idol, you can use the big hole in the ground in one of the areas to completely avoid his devour attack entirely, since he can't jump over it. That hole also saves me a lot when he devours one of my teammates, since when he focuses on you, you just have to play a game of ring around the rosy, keeping him on the opposite side of the hole until his burst runs out. Even when he does enter burst, he isn't bad, as long as you keep close to his left side and get behind him if he starts using his noodle arm. I have a lot of experience fighting this dude, since I had to farm him for satori ambrosia, so I can fight him without taking much damage.
@@grammarnazi9040 when dromi devour attack charges up get behind one of his legs If you need to start avoiding mid devour depending on the direction he starts turning stay behind the leg thats on the inside of his turn circle Or perfect block
Nuadha was the king of the gods in Gaelic mythology, who lost his kingship after losing his arm in battle. I find this interesting based off the fact that the equipment you obtain from this Aragami seems to have a Buddhist design.
The visual design of Nudha itself has a lot of Buddhist iconography too, but with the crown-shaped horn I can see the idea there too. Its burst would in then turn be Nudha reclaiming its kingship so to speak. With all the japanese Aestetic going around it's easy to forget GE is supposed to take place in Europe, so a lot of local names would use European folklore as references.
Nah he's easy, just pefect guard all the devours, Ashwrought attacks may look scary at first but after 3-5 fights I can kill them under 3 mins - and I has just started this game 2 weeks ago... I must say the difficulty is nothing compare to Monster Hunter series

Variant Scythe. Lycanthrope EX TEARS through Dromi. Especially if you use Mercy Spiral or Heaven or Hell. Trust me, I got tired of Dromi's shit REAL quick and found a quick solution. Dromi hates fire

Demon Slayer sounds like this instead. I love Go Shiina and his style, but you can swap this, Code Vein, and Demon Slayer music with each other and they won't sound out of place at all haha.

How you exactly counter devour attack?
You can Perfect Guard on Devour Attacks. They cancel the attack completely and stop them from devouring anyone else.
