You should have a look at the CoronaMix map, here you can layer your effects (multiply) and adjust their strength. It’s faster than using 3ds’ color map (; Keep up the good work.

I always have problem with metal and glass , reflection doesn’t look like fade-away. Reflection either appear like mirror or doesn’t appear if metal object is flat surface

Hey! I tried to make this copper material in vray but its not looking like yours. Yours has this white reflection and in vray I only have the light orange reflection. I got diffuse on black. reflection with fallout and IOR 10, and glossiness on 0.99 + the maps you mentioned in the tutorial.

*Every time i want to connect my imperfection tex to "Rfl - Glossy" slot, my material gets diffused and it isnt glossy anymore...*

Add the imperfections to a colour correction map and increase brightness.
The mat is still diffused...i use black imperfection maps, has that any affect?
I used to add scratches in bump and grunge in glossiness, I guess I was doing it wrong.
If you have a textures for each slot, it's better to use them all.
