You should have donated it to Wigs for Kids, or Pantene for Great Lengths, not Locks of Love. Because while you gave your hair to Locks of Love for free, they actually sell it to a Wig Maker to turn it into a Wig, and then they GIVE it back to Locks of Love for free, and Locks of Love SELLS THE WIG FOR PROFIT !!!!! Also, it looks like your hair was cut either damp, or wet... If this is the case, and it is true, then Locks of Love WILL NOT USE IT, THEY WILL THROW IT STRAIGHT IN THE TRASH. Their rules clearly state that the HAIR MUST BE FULLY DRY WHEN CUT, NOT WET OR DAMP... Yes, it may be dry by the time they receive it, but it might also have mildew, and have a smell to it, since it was cut wet or damp, and placed in the plastic bag wet or damp.
