I think you are asking what a chimera is ??? if the case, a chimera is a special african violet that has striped flowers and these are special because they cannot be propagated with leaves like all of the other african violets. You can grow plants from leaves but the plants will not have the striped flowers. You can find a video in my channel called what is a chimera where I explain this. Hope this helps. xx

Never a weird time to get african violets as we grow indoors so they don't know about all that white stuff and cold that goes on outdoors lol
