I think that the host is the one who improved the interview 10x The guest didn't feel like she is an UPSC selected candidate. Her persona was not authentic like Akshat Jain sir or Ahmed sir

No coaching, did everything by myself is the biggest crap these fake toppers are putting out to misguide aspirants. I am pretty sure all the test series, mock tests and interviews she would have taken would have come from some coaching. She herself mentions Shankar ias, so the least you can do is be grateful for that and not overglorify your journey with all this no coaching bakwaas. If you can’t even be true to yourself and acknowledge the help you have taken just on getting into the service, how can you maintain integrity and be true to yourself when you are in service? Nb - i do agree coachings are not always helpful. But do we need to villainise coaching? No. The absolute bigger elephant in the room is the total lack of transparency in the upsc system which created the monster that is the coaching industry and these fake toppers in the first place.
