Thank you so much! Some days I really look forward to it and some days I can’t believe 30 is approaching and I almost don’t feel ready for it 😂 but so many people say it’s the best so I’m going to embrace it!

I’m seeking my ADHD diagnosis this year so I’d be really interested to hear more about your experience with it, I’m a bit nervous as I’ve had friends who have felt really invalidated by the process😅
My word of the year is 💫foundations💫 we’re buying our first house this year, I’m finally learning to drive and I’ve applied for my teacher training so it feels like 2023 is going to be a year of foundations ready for 2024!

Ahh that's such a shame that your friends have felt invalidated by the process - I was really lucky with mine and felt really supported the whole way through!
