I somewhat recently lost my beloved one and only dog of 15 years. To say I have been devastated is an understatement. In the beginning of my grief I went without food or water or sleep and wandered the streets like a crazy person. One of those days brought me a vision so beautiful of the world around me and the unreality of it, something similar to I think what Eckhart Tolle describes. I have been on my journey for a while now and I've had different experiences but I am so grateful for that day, that beauty and peace in my darkness. I will never forget it.

So wild. I found Sarah’s channel just recently and immersed myself in her content. Binge worthy. She is laying the informational groundwork for all who are awakening and need a compass. Helping others to understand “upgrades”and the rigors of ascension is crucial. I immediately thought wow, she is a pretty intense interview waiting to happen. AND, here we go. SO, being on “the journey” I devour this stuff but I have to strap in and check the ADD at the door when listening to Sarah. She is literally next level. Love it.

The way she describes alchemy reminds me of the quote “no man ever steps into the same river twice,for it is not the same river and he s not the same man” -Heraclitus I find this when I read a book,I always go back and read it at least two more times because depending on how Ive shifted I always hear it differently..its like an actual different book. I was thinking the same, except I love the geometry. We are kept ignorant of some simple facts that affect our perception of (possibly) who or what created 'reality' and who now is in line with, at least, their architecture.

Dang, you hit the nail on the head with "not being heard or seen is our/humanities deepest wound!" I heard my mother talking with her friend, saying children should be seen and not heard. That started my journey of anger that turned into lack of self worth. I mean you can not really be seen if you are not heard.
I've heard this saying many times from different people, it really hurt my heart. Children are such a special gift and simply beautiful in their innocence.
That is heard from my mother sooo much, and " the world doesn't revolve around you". So as a child, that was my reality and still is, as much as i try to get over it. I am determined tho.

To me, the purpose of relationships is that they are a catalyst to learn unity consciousness over separation consciousness. When we see the people in our relationships as the "other" or separate from ourselves, that's how we fall into hate, fear, anger towards them. When we change our perception and realize that they are "you", as Sarah says, they become a mirror to you. If they anger you, ask what about them angers you, because it's actually a reflection of yourself that you don't like. It gives you a chance to explore your own shadows via them. When you understand that others are you, you can only approach them from a vibration of love. And ultimately, we are here to learn to love unconditionally. Thats's how we ascend. My two cents ☺️
If that person is your spouse, a narcissist, and they refuse to acknowledge your truth, I feel it is acceptable to remove yourself from that relationship. You have still learned from the relationship, recognized that it is not who you want to be, and can appreciate/love that they are a product of their environment and unawakened. It is still a journey of growth for your soul.

That was fascinating. I've been studying the work of Sarah Elkhaldy so intently that I could probably write a dissertation on her work towards unity consciousness and still have a lifetime of study left to do on the rest of what she teaches. Because of this I have to check myself when I get frustrated when she engages with someone discussing more basic concepts; when I extract my consciousness from my own obsessive interests, I can learn much from just her patient method of teaching. That will never be my path, which is probably why I live a hermetic life on a boat in the ocean instead of teaching large groups of people in Sedona, but the world needs more patient teachers and maybe less curmudgeonly hermits.
We are playing catch up to our spirits and our spirits are very huge. I have thought this about myself for quite some time but have never heard anyone say this. No one needs plants or hallucinogens to experience pure love. It’s in your heart right now. You are it. I’ve felt its exctasy at various times and since I was a child. Simply acknowledge that you are a child of source, and fill your heart with gratitude for its love.

This is great! Ten minutes in and I find out that I do the same thing when I meet someone. I’m so busy assessing them that I don’t want to stop the process to make a mental note of what their name is. It’s more important to me to assess their energy to find out what they’re about. Once I am satisfied with my assessment, then I will try to make a mental note of what name to call them. 😂 I’m relieved to know I’m not the only one that does this! 😊
I want to say Thank you Both. I am glad you are part of my physical collective consciousness. You have taught me a lot as I walk my path and I look forward to each time you answer the questions that I didn't even know I had. I have studied biology anatomy and physiology microbio but never led a particularly healthy life style until about 6 years ago. I decided to get into herbalism and stuff mysticism to heal myself emotionally and metaphysicaly because I was tired of treating my symptoms with drugs and alcohol. What a great subject! I was raised Catholic, but their teachings never made sense to me. As young as 5 or 6 years old, I had a "knowing." I saw snapshots of my future. But on July 4, 2015 I experienced an "awakening." I had an energy flow over me, and I saw EVERYTHING clearly. No, I did not have a medical experience, and I was not under the influence of anything. It was a spiritual experience. I was driven to find answers to everything from my life, astrology, past experiences, past lives, and our existence in the world. I am not alone. Many of us are experiencing this. It's like we are meant to go through this to advance our lives and the worlds. So, thank you for sharing your thoughts and knowledge.

This was excellent and just what I needed to hear right now. I’ve been on a very long and difficult journey. What Sarah says is exactly in line with what I’ve learned from spirit. It really helps me to know this, because I haven’t yet integrated all of my experiences and things I’ve learned. In fact, I have dissociative identity disorder, which makes it extra difficult to integrate. That was fascinating. I've been studying the work of Sarah Elkhaldy so intently that I could probably write a dissertation on her work towards unity consciousness and still have a lifetime of study left to do on the rest of what she teaches. Because of this I have to check myself when I get frustrated when she engages with someone discussing more basic concepts; when I extract my consciousness from my own obsessive interests, I can learn much from just her patient method of teaching. That will never be my path, which is probably why I live a hermetic life on a boat in the ocean instead of teaching large groups of people in Sedona, but the world needs more patient teachers and maybe less curmudgeonly hermits.
We are playing catch up to our spirits and our spirits are very huge. I have thought this about myself for quite some time but have never heard anyone say this. I have magical things happen around me that I cannot discuss with most people. Powerful stuff that blows my mind which I intuitively have known to allow myself to catch up to. No one needs plants or hallucinogens to experience pure love. It’s in your heart right now. You are it. I’ve felt its exctasy at various times and since I was a child. Simply acknowledge that you are a child of source, and fill your heart with gratitude for its love.
They are a powerful tool if used correctly. They are not the only way to expand consciousness but sometimes we need a little extra help. They can also be extremely dangerous and detrimental if used incorrectly and not treated with the utmost respect.
I have watched a few of your videos over the past few years, Danica. It was usually as a result of relation to something else, but even so have appreciated your openness every time. This video was suggested because of Sarah, and I am so glad I watched it. You two are my people. I resonate so deeply with you. This is great! Ten minutes in and I find out that I do the same thing when I meet someone. I’m so busy assessing them that I don’t want to stop the process to make a mental note of what their name is. It’s more important to me to assess their energy to find out what they’re about. Once I am satisfied with my assessment, then I will try to make a mental note of what name to call them. 😂 I’m relieved to know I’m not the only one that does this! 😊

I want to say Thank you Both. I am glad you are part of my physical collective consciousness. I keep having the thought after listening to so many of these podcasts that we need to come together in small groups at first to start defining the words we use. Each one of us through our experiences have defined the words we use and hear in slightly different ways. Words are power and our collective consciousness needs to reassess this in a more united manner.

I look forward to each time you answer the questions that I didn't even know I had. I have studied biology anatomy and physiology microbio but never led a particularly healthy life style until about 6 years ago. I decided to get into herbalism and stuff mysticism to heal myself emotionally and metaphysicaly because I was tired of treating my symptoms with drugs and alcohol. I find that between you a few other friends and plants and herbal medicine has help me grow into a much better person than I had aloud myself to be and love continuing to grow I was asked a few weeks ago what a wise seeming man what information do I have for a young adult who is basicaly just startingthe own journey. so I recomended the check out you pod cast. Admittedly I started watching some of your podcasts because I'm a fan of yours and saw some interesting interviewee's but I'm so blown away you got Sara on. I listen to her and other metaphysical teachers weekly. I'm so encouraged to hear you and see your genuine spirituality come through and I can see you get it and are truly interested. I love it. Be the woo woo weirdo with your friends and let's spread the gospel of Oneness. I'm in an observe and non participation stage with focus on my 13 yr old as a single father but when the responsibilities lift I plan to make good worth my film school days and maybe come into alignment with a spiritual script. What a great subject! I was raised Catholic, but their teachings never made sense to me. As young as 5 or 6 years old, I had a "knowing." I saw snapshots of my future. But on July 4, 2015 I experienced an "awakening." I had an energy flow over me, and I saw EVERYTHING clearly. No, I did not have a medical experience, and I was not under the influence of anything. It was a spiritual experience. I was driven to find answers to everything from my life, astrology, past experiences, past lives, and our existence in the world. I am not alone. Many of us are experiencing this. It's like we are meant to go through this to advance our lives and the worlds. So, thank you for sharing your thoughts and knowledge.
We are meant to go through this! Strip the ego mind and you will find your true self. Meditate and fast. It will raise your frequency. We are all little radio stations to the multiverse. What frequency you send out is what you get back. Knowing thyself is the greatest teaching! The only reason I incarnated in this timeline was to help raise the frequency of Earth. You’re on the right path!
As a fellow survivor of Catholic dogma, I’m glad you escaped that low frequency. Hard having God given gifts and being raised in a religion who thinks you are evil. My joke is at least I incarnated into this timeline where the risk of being burned at the stake is minimal lol

This was excellent and just what I needed to hear right now. I’ve been on a very long and difficult journey. What Sarah says is exactly in line with what I’ve learned from spirit. It really helps me to know this, because I haven’t yet integrated all of my experiences and things I’ve learned. In fact, I have dissociative identity disorder, which makes it extra difficult to integrate. Hearing what she said helped me realize that my experiences are real and that I can do this work to integrate and become sovereign. Thank you, thank you!
