Years ago my little brother pooped on my keyboard and closed the lid. We didn't find it for a decade. The poop dried like brown cement. From that day on it was called the Crapbook Pro 💩
Hey! Just letting you know for future reference blowing compressed air into the fans itself is of course fine, but if you don't hold the fans down to stop them from spinning for a decent amount of time it can damage the fan bearings. I haven't been watching your channel for long as I have just recently started watching so I am at the time I am writing this comment unaware if you work with windows desktop computers or any kind of desktops, if you blow air into those as well while they're plugged into the system it can damage the system on really older ones. Newer systems should be able to handle it fine as they now know what to do with power back, but even if at 8:58 in the video, if that fan was plugged into the system this laptop would've been too old to know what to do with power back and potentially do some damage. No hate what so ever! Keep up the good work and hope to see videos coming for a long time :)
I would suggest investing in a generic vacuum cleaner, even a household model has simple plastic tools and brushes which make dust removal a breeze, with no condensate!
Hello I have a question. I found a MacBook Pro online for $125 2011 that has a ton of older Adobe Photoshop software in it. Which I need. It’s my first time looking on fb marketplace and buying anything and I’m nervous but ima artist and need of photoshop. I would like to know if u would recommend getting a set of tools first and then purchase it or just do it?
If you guys want a tutorial on how to install macOS Monterey on a unsupported mac let me know ;)
For sure

Yes! Thanks! I actually stopped using compressed air due to the excess moisture it would produce causing possible damage to the logic board.
Should unplug battery before unscrewing anything for safety, of not dropping screws on the logic board and shorting it out.
Probably a good idea. Although the two years I have done it that’s never happened. But it could
I repaired many of these machines when I work at Apple they are a pleasure to work on and a very solid machine.

I actually bought an electric air duster that came with a small brush!Although a vacuum would help with the dust floating in the air.
@@JaydonWalter The dust in the air removal is the point. Helps to contain heatsink-fuzz also.
I like how you clean the MacBook i like it it fills like ASMR to me.
