Advanced Micro Devices AMD Stock Prediction and why AMD stock & AI stocks go down

AMD stock - Advanced Micro stock - Advanced Micro Devices stock is overpriced and AMD stock will move lower. In this video, I break down AMD stock and show how AMD stock is pushed too high relative to where valuations should be given value investing principles and what to expect in the future for the economy and AI stocks. For value investing, AMD stock is priced too high as revenues are set to come in less than expected. While looking at future revenue for Advanced Micro Devices stock and future earnings per share for AMD stock, AMD stock is too high at this point. This is the case for many AI stocks. And, while many AI stocks are are moving higher and higher on the future earnings and revenue because of what Nvidia NVDA stock is doing, these other AI stocks are not keeping up with revenue growth. This is why AI stocks are moving lower and lower. If you better want to understand how to invest in value investing principles, AI stocks can be a great value investment. However, at the current valuation for AMD stock, cannot sustain the current share price for AMD stock. With alternative benchmark investments coming in at higher yields, AMD stock is not a buy using value investment principles.
