Lorn's Lure All Crystals Walkthrough, Level 3 - Waste Tunnels (No Commentary)

Simple gameplay only guide of how to beat the level while getting all of the crystals, and maybe a few easter eggs. No grappling hook/No new game plus.
It seems that a decent amount of people have found this level to be quite disorienting and frustrating. If you liked the first two levels but not this one, you should know that very little of the remaining game involves confusing cave diving.
The dark areas of the megastructure require you to use the flare module that can be found at the beginning of this level. You can shoot as many flares as you want, but they will start to disappear if you have too many on screen. Charging up the flares makes them go further and stick to things.
